1 Looking for a great way to get some exercise? Take a hike! But before you do, work with your family to mix up Guy s awesome trail mix. differences can you find between the hiker and his reflection? 2 1. Preheat oven to 350 F In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, except cranberries, stirring well to combine. Lightly grease a sheet pan with nonstick spray. 4 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats (not quick cook) 2 tbsp dark, unsulphered molasses 1/2 cup maple syrup (good quality) 3 tsp finely minced rosemary leaves 1 cup dried cranberries 1 cup slivered almonds 1/2 cup golden raisins 1/2 cup canola oil 2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg nonstick cooking spray Spread mixture evenly on sheet pan and place in oven. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 7 minutes. Let cool on rack and add dried cranberries. When completely cool, store in airtight container for up to 1 week.
