Its officers, employees, and agents, including the City of North Platte, Lincoln County, against all liability from damage to property or injury or death of any person or persons arising out of it, in any way connected with, or resulting from your participation in the on parade. Entries due: Monday, June 3, 2019 Parade Information: Friday, June 7, With signed waiver and signed Parade rules - Expect Parade Packet to be MAILED to you, unless otherwise specified. Parade: Saturday, June 15, Parade line up begins at 11:00am - All entries must be in place by 12:15pm - Parade begins at 1:00pm 1. Plan ahead and be ready, expect a delay when lining up in the parade route. 2. Inform other parade participants of the rules. The WILL be enforced and actions WILL be taken. 3. Entry descriptions should be : 20 seconds in length. Try to make descriptions two sentences. reserves the right to alter any parade description if it is too long. 4. Your entry number will be provided to you. PLEASE RETURN ENTRY NUMBER TO:, Inc. ENTRIES WILL BE PLACED ON A FIRST-COME, FRIST-SERVE BASIS. Late entries will be put at the end of the parade, NO EXCEPTIONS!

4 (Please KEEP this form for your information!!) Wild Wild West Entry Rules: 1. All entries must complete entry form with $15 entry fee 2. All entries are due by June 3, NO EXCEPTIONS!! 3. All entries are limited to 3 motorized vehicles, of which (1) must comply with Float theme and be pulled by one of the three vehicles listed in the entry. 4. ALL ROUTINES (DANCE, CHEER, and RIDING) SHALL NOT EXCEED 30 SECONDS. The parade movement cannot be delayed because of repeated/extended performance of routines. Routines can only be performed at : Memorial Park, Review stand in front of Great Western Bank, Wells Fargo, 4 th and Dewey, and in front of Gray TV. 5. Riding units are limited to organized and uniformed riding groups. 6. Horses MUST be of calm nature and not frightened by noise or excitement. 7. Maintain ALL intervals through parade route- be mindful of gaps. 8. Cars for dignitaries must be ANTIQUE CARS, CONVERTABLES, OR HORSE DRAWN BUGGIES. General Rules: 1. DO NOT THROW CANDY OR OTHER ITEMS FROM ENTRY- candy can only be HANDED OUT 2. CANDY MAY NOT BE HANDED OUT BEFORE ENTRY PASSES 4 TH AND BRYAN WESTBOUND 3. Drinking alcoholic beverages of any kind on public streets is against the law and PROHIBITED. 4. BE ON TIME- Plan ahead if your entry requires more time to prepare. 5. Political officials may campaign in the parade. ISSUE DRIVEN ENTRIES ARE PROHIBITED. PLEASE KEEP SAFETY IN MIND FOR EVERYONE!!! If these rules are not abided by, the entry will be asked to stop their actions, maybe REMOVED FROM THE PARADE, or will be BANNED FROM NEXT YEAR S PARADE. We will strictly enforce these rules. These rules are to prevent injury, please join us in creating a fun, SAFE parade.
