An unwavering commitment to improving the quality of people s lives two feet at a time.
Live the life you love don t let your feet get in the way. For over 20 years, The Good Feet Store has been dedicated to one goal: improving the quality of life for people who are limited by foot, knee, hip, or back pain commonly caused by foot-related problems. Our core belief is that every one deserves to live their life on their own terms. And, no matter what you want to do, or where you want to go, your feet shouldn t stop you.
I took 3 or 4 steps with the arch supports on in the store, then sat down and started to cry. It was the first time in years that I felt no pain. Dave
What are Good Feet arch supports, and how can they help me? How they work You probably didn t know this, but every person s foot has not one, but four arches. By properly supporting all four, our arch supports are designed to correct poor biomechanics that are often the cause of common foot and foot-related problems. PLANTAR FASCIITIS: THE ARCH ENEMY OF FOOT COMFORT. Good Feet arch supports can alleviate even eliminate the pain. Align the feet. Align the body. Poor alignment can cause foot, knee, hip, and back pain. Raymond A. Long, MD FRCSC Why they work If your feet are not properly aligned and supporting your body efficiently, your whole body structure can become misaligned resulting in pain in your feet, and possibly in the knees, hips, and back. Good Feet arch supports are designed to keep your feet in the ideal position, thereby relieving pain and discomfort. Who they work for Good Feet arch supports are ideal for all ages and all types of lifestyles. People that work or play hard on their feet are particularly good candidates for arch supports. BEFORE ARCH SUPPORTS WITH ARCH SUPPORTS
Effective arch support requires a precision fit. Fit to both your foot and your lifestyle. A FIT FOR EVERY SHOE. FOR WORK. FOR PLAY. FOR PERFORMANCE. FOR COMFORT. Contrary to the widespread belief, your arch size is not the same as your shoe size. Every foot is unique, and it takes a skilled, and trained professional to match feet with the supports that are right for each individual s anatomy and lifestyle. Each of our stores stock hundreds of sizes and styles enabling our Arch Support Specialists to personally fit each customer and maximize the effectiveness of Good Feet arch supports.
The Good Feet 3-Step System. Individualized comfort for maximum foot pain relief. Step 1. Strengtheners: Improving foot alignment Strengtheners are designed for the effect they have on the foot s composition they exercise the muscles, tendons, and ligaments of the feet, holding them in alignment. Strengtheners are perfect for walking, standing, or other activities, by allowing the body to remain upright. Step 2. Maintainers: Maintaining foot alignment Maintainers have lower medial arch profiles and less aggressive arch support structures than the Strengtheners. Their job is not to change the alignment of the feet, but to prevent the feet from falling out of any alignment that may have been achieved while wearing the Strengtheners. Step 3. Relaxers: Foot freedom, the healthy way Relaxers job is to provide a relaxing rest period from the alignment work the other arch supports are providing, yet still giving support to the arches of your foot.
Our free, no obligation, personalized fitting is at the heart of our business. Take them for a test walk and decide for yourself. During your minute free fitting and test walk, we ll learn about you and your situation. Our Arch Support Specialist will match your feet with the right arch supports. After we fit you, you ll be able to walk around, see how they feel, and determine for yourself whether or not you believe they will relieve your pain.
