Responsible for approximately 140 signalized intersections, performed maintenance, installation, upgrades, etc. o Project Engineer on major signal upgrades in Bellefontaine and Urbana. o Retired from ODOT in o Joined Choice One in Allan Heitbrink, P.E. o Graduated from University of Dayton in 2013, BS in Civil Engineering. o Joined Choice One in o o o Northwestern Center for Public Safety in Chicago, Concentrating on traffic engineering. High & Front 4. Spring & Wayne 5. Spring & Main 6. Spring & Front 7. Spring & Ped. #1 8. Spring & Ped #2 9. Spring & Chestnut 10. Spring & Spruce 11. Spring & Pine 12. Spring & Vine 13. Main & South Analysis included: turn movement counts, signal warrant analysis, operations analysis, and recommendations for potential operation improvements.

26 Wayne St. & High Street Remove existing traffic signal and install four-way stop. Existing poles and overhead lights to remain. Existing signal is not warranted. No intersection sight distance issues. 2 crashes in 3 years.
27 High St. & Front Street Remove existing traffic signal and install four-way stop. Existing signal is not warranted. 4 crashes in 3 years. On-street parking to remain. Update curb ramps to meet current ADA requirements.
28 Wayne St. & Spring Street Remove existing traffic signal and install four-way stop. Strain poles are to remain, since luminaires are on the poles. Existing signal is not warranted. 3 crashes in 3 years.
29 Spring St. & Front Street Remove existing traffic signal with Spring Street Reconstruction project. Install two-way stop along Front Street. Existing signal is not warranted. Buildings create ISD problems. 8 crashes in 3 years.
