2 Health District Basis of Design Report Project Purpose Complete a study of streetscape, gateway, and signage improvements designed to make the Health District safer, friendlier, more attractive, and easier to navigate for pedestrians and drivers. Product will be design concepts that can serve as the basis for construction drawings: a Basis of Design Report (BODR).
3 Health District BODR Objectives Reinforce the Health District identity Improve the pedestrian experience Improve the physical appearance Provide a coherent wayfinding system
