2 AQUA GYM A soft traumatic system to make exercise in the water. You can develop tonicity through natural-weight movements by exploiting the friction of the water. 3 GYM The hotel s gym is equipped with treadmills, cyclists, bodystrengthening rope machines and a Power Plate for a short but intense workout. Take the advantage of this opportunity even during your vacations to improve your physical fitness. The Power Guide will be available for the time showed on the schedule and will assist you. 4 JOGGING What better way to start the day than running with fresh air on the face in the Engadin? Accompanied by our Power Guide you will find a relax sensation thanks to an easy run around Champfèr's forest. Also, running in the morning without eating before stimulates the body to use fat metabolism. What are you waiting for? Let's go! Clothes: Winter sportswear, including cap and gloves. 5 WINTER NORDIC WALKING Winter Nordic Walking, the dynamic walk with sticks has become increasingly more popular, so much to be practiced, perhaps with a little more attention, in winter too. An easy way to stay healthy and admire the winter landscape: this discipline strengthens heart, circulation and joints. The Giardino Mountain Hotel offers a guided tour and a general lesson for the correct technique to use. Program: Meeting point: Hotel reception. Duration: 90 min Clothing: Winter sportswear, including cap, scarf and gloves. Sticks are provided by the Hotel. Please register for this tour until 6pm the day before at the reception. 6 Power Guide Program Winter 2017/2018 CROSS COUNTRY SKI LESSON The Engadin is the most suitable place for practicing this sport with 220 km of perfectly prepared slopes that follow the main valley and climb up besides valleys, reaching the glaciers of Morteratsch and Roseg. In this free lesson the basic themes of the technique will be dealt with. Beginners will have the opportunity to reach in a short time a functional autonomy to deal with the various adversities without troubles. Equipment: We recommend to wear winter sportswear (cross country clothes, cap, gloves and sun glasses). The cross-country equipment is provided by the hotel. The lesson duration is two hours and the meeting point is at the reception. For further information please contact the reception or directly the Power Guide. 7 BIATHLON Have you ever heard about the biathlon discipline? It combines cross country skiing and shooting (air brush). Giardino Mountain offers you to try this discipline. A challenge against your friends and family is for sure great fun. We drive you with our hotel car just a couple of minutes to reach the location. Clothing: Winter sportswear, cap and gloves. Technical equipment is provided by the Hotel. Meeting point is at the hotel reception. CHF 95 per person including rental of the equipment. This activity takes place with a minimum of 2 participants. 8 FAT BIKE The possibility to bike every Saison For those who love to bike not only during the summer months. Even during the winter season it is possible to make a bike tour. The advantage of this activity is, not only to perform the hobby but also to explore the wonderful winter wonderland not only on skies. Clothing: We advise to wear winter sport clothes, including cap and gloves. Note: Please do not hesitate to contact the Reception or out Power Guide to rent a Fat-bike or an E-bike. If you prefer to have a guided tour, please do not hesitate to contact the reception or the Power Guide (additionally CHF per hour) at least 2 days prior to the event.

9 ICE KATING at the lake or on the ice rink Did you know about the possibility to skate on the St. Moritz lakes? It's a rarity that's worth to try. Take some pictures to show this spectacular adventure to your friends and your family. Equipment: Winter clothes, skating shoes, gloves, helmet and cap. For parents it would be possible to leave their children in our Mountain Kids Club, respectively our child attendant will accompany the kids to the ice rink and takes care of them. CHF 50 per person. This activity takes place with a minimum of 2 participants. Meeting point is at the hotel reception and the duration of this activity is 2-3 hours. 10 DOWNHILL WITH A SLEDGE MUOTTAS MURAGLE As soon as the temperatures drop and the first snow covers everything, hiking trails and closed traffic routes turn into sledge slope trails. Muottas Muragl offers a sledge slope with a guaranteed adrenalin kick for the whole family. We recommend to join this tour with children from 10 years and older. Program: We will take our hotel shuttle to Punt Muragl were we take the funicular up to the mountain. In the meantime of the ascent you are able to have a first look over the slope - if you are daring you are able to enjoy then a 4km descent with 100 % Adrenalin! Clothes: Winter clothes, good shoes, helmet, gloves, cap, sun or ski glasses. Please register at the reception till 6.00 pm the day before. Meeting point is at the reception. CHF 60 per person. This activity takes place with a minimum of 2 participants. Please take your mountain tickets (if available) with you. The excursion takes about 3 hours and is accompanied by our Power Guide or by our Child Attendant.

11 SNOWSHOE HIKING Are you worried about not to be able to handle the speed on skis or do you think you are not fit enough for cross-country skiing? Then we have the best solution for you - a snowshoe tour through the winter wonderland. Program: Meeting point at the reception. This free excursion takes about 90 minutes. Equipment: Winter clothes, scarf, gloves, cap, sun glasses. Snow Shoes are offered by the hotel. Please register at the reception until 6.00 pm the day before. If you want to book a private tour with our Power Guide, please contact directly the reception or the Power Guide at least 2 days prior to the event. The price for the private snowshoe tour (2 hours) is CHF 50 per person.
