Roads with a strategic movement function: Speed limit shopping streets, all city centre streets, 20 other streets with relatively high levels of pedestrian and/or cyclist activity (high density housing) Streets/roads that do not fall into one of the above categories (or 40) 2. other roads 20 Definitions of street types involved in this process will be developed in consultation with key stakeholders, including bus companies and the police. 10
