4 RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. No alcohol permitted before or during the parade. 2. Only one motorized vehicle with a max. height of 15 - each vehicle max. length of Additional vehicles may be allowed with approval and for an extra fee. 4. All drivers must be at least 18 and provide proof of insurance and valid driver s license. 5. No candy to be thrown from vehicles/floats. For safety reasons, candy should be handed out. 6. All animals must be current with all local and state licenses and shots. 7. All animals must be leashed and controlled; and a clean-up person must follow. 8. Adults must accompany any child. No child may walk alongside a vehicle without supervision. 9. No one will be allowed to ride or stand on running boards, fenders, or hoods of cars/trucks. 10. No Confetti I/We the undersigned acknowledge the above rules and regulations and that I/we are aware of the risks associated with participation in this parade, including the reality of unknown risks not foreseen, and therefore on our behalf and that to our heirs, do hereby release and save harmless, the Village of East Dundee and their employees, Parade Organizers and Volunteers, Bandito Barney s, and their agents and employees, and all other participants in same, from any and all claims, liabilities and/or damages on account of any personal injury or property damage which may occur from any cause, before, during or after the Parade. 6 Photo Release For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I, parent of hereby authorize the Dundee St Patrick's Committee permission to use my likeliness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all website material, printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photograph using my likeliness will become property of the Dundee St Patrick's Organization.
