Sanctioning Body International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation s Asian, Australasian & Oceanian (IWWF AAO) Confederation 2. Supported by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) Korean Olympic Committee (KOC) Korea Sports Promotion Foundation (KSPO) Chuncheon World Leisure Sports Festival Organizing Committee (CWLSFOC) 4. Entry Form All AAO Federations must submit their entry forms by 25th July Any federation not meeting this requirement may not be allowed to compete until the federation pays a USD50.00 penalty after the 30-day deadline to the AAO Confederation for each skier/rider not officially entered. If the official entry forms are not received 24 hours prior to the start of the first event, the federation's skiers and riders places in the draw shall be determined by the respective Chief Judges without reference to their rankings. 5. Insurance Participants should take out private travel/accident insurance besides their health insurance. Accident insurance should include all accidents arising during waterski and/or wakeboard competitions. Your travel insurer should be able to include this as an extra endorsement if you do not have existing coverage. Participants will be required to sign a waiver upon registering and provide evidence of personal accident insurance 6. Doping Control In accordance with the IWWF anti-doping Rules, drug testing will be conducted before or during the AAO/Asian Championships. In entering this competition, all athletes agree to be subject to doping control. Information about the IWWF Anti-Doping program can be found at:

Transportation / Airport Transfers The organising committee will arrange return transportation for teams (athletes) and officials (team coaches, team captain, team leaders and National Federation Presidents) from the Incheon International Airport (ICN) which is 90 minutes away from Chuncheon by limousine bus. Transfer information is available at or All teams and officials are advised to arrive in Seoul at Incheon International Airport (ICN) on August 22 nd and 23 rd, There are two options available depending on arrival dates and times:- a. Limousine Bus Schedule (Incheon International Airport Chuncheon Cross Country Bus Terminal to Official Hotels) - Organized by the Organizers 22 nd August 2012: 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 5:00 PM 23 rd. August 2012: 9:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 5:00 PM 30 th August 2012: 9:00AM, 12:00PM, 5:00 PM b. Airport Limousine Bus Schedule (Incheon International Airport Chuncheon Cross- Country Bus Terminal): Please submit the attached Airport Transfer Request Form to the organizing committee. * Please note that the cost for airport transfer by Airport Limousine Bus for those who are not athletes, officials or Federation representatives is as follows:- Incheon Chuncheon Cross-Country Bus Terminal: KD18,000Won per person Chuncheon Cross-Country Bus Terminal Official Hotel : KD3,000 to 5,000Won per person 8. 3 10. Unofficial Practice Available from 22 nd to 23 rd August 2012 at the. Unofficial practice may be available at the Main Event Venue on 24 th August after homologation is completed. The cost of Unofficial Practice is USD per an hour per a country and USD40.00 for an additional 10 minutes. Please note that he cost of fuel in Korea is USD1.70 per litre. Unofficial wakeboard practice (Super Air Nautique 226) will also be available at the Ladena Condominium Waterfront. Please submit an Unofficial Practice Request form to make your reservation. 11.
