2 TTC Daily Schedule 8.5am am - Registration 9.00am -.00am - Circuit - 0 minutes per station - 6 stations.00am -.5am -.5am -.00pm - Break Small Sided Games v

3 Exercise (0mins) Set out two lines of 6 cones. Each cone yard apart. with 0 yard gap between the lines of cones. Player # passes the ball across to # and follows the pass. # receives and passes to # before moving through the cones. # receives, passes and follows pass. Players dribble through cones using inside of feet only Reverse direction of play Dribble through cones with outside of feet Inside/outside Use sole of foot to roll ball through cones Coaching Points Quality of technical movement over speed Quality and accuracy of passing Good first touch in direction of play Exercise - v Game (0mins) x yard area. Split players into teams. One team on each side of the area. Ball is passed across to attacking player dribbles into the area and play v. Teams try and dribble through either of the goals on the opposite side to which they start. points if player can use fake & take or scissors to beat defender and dribble through goal Competition Keep ball close to feet when dribbling Head up to see space Accelerate after move to beat defender

4 Exercise - Dribbling & v moves (0mins) First player in each line dribbles through the cones and then towards the central cone. Each player performs a fake & take to the left of the cone and dribble to the line opposite. Use different parts of the foot to move ball through cones Perform move to the right Use scissors move to go past middle cone Keep ball close to feet when dribbling Head up to see space, cone, player Accelerate after move Exercise - Dribbling to shoot (0mins) Split into two teams, starting either side of the cones. First player in the line dribbles the ball down the channel and perform a fake & take move through the gate to then shoot for goal. Race - First player to score gains a point for their team Perform a scissors move to get though gate before shooting Keep ball close to allow change of direction Big touch through gate to allow quick shot at goal Shoot for the space in the goal

5 Technical Exercise 5 - Shooting Races (0mins) Split players into two teams, either side of a goal. First player in each line dribbles out and shoot for the goal oppposite. First player to score gets point for their team. Now dribble around middle cone and shoot for the goal you start next too. First player to score gets a point. Coaching Points Big touchs into space to travle at speed Slow before shooting Strike with laces Technical Exercise 6 - v Attacking (0mins) Ball is played into attacker from each side. Attacker receives to turn. Player passing the ball into play moves into the area to defend the attacker spinning to attack the goal. Once done defender becomes new attacker. If defender wins the ball they can attack the other goal. Two v games will be playing at the same time. If one game finishes the players can help out their team mate in the other game to create v Coaching Points Scan to see space behind Good first touch to allow quick shot Body movement to unbalance defender Exploit space at speed

6 Tactical Exercise 7- v Attacking Game (0mins) Defender behind the goal passes the ball out to either attacking player. attackers enter the area and play v. If defender wins possession they try and dribble over end line Rotate defending team. Decision to pass or shoot v move to beat defender Pass to allow team mate to shoot. v Games Play v games. 5 minute games and rotate teams around all teams play each other. Encourage all teams to play -- formation and rotate positions. Bonus points for teams that use v moves to create goal scoring opportunities Be positive in possession Be brave and try v moves in attacking half
