2 BARCELONA LLORET Welcome to Barcelona We are pleased to offer you a very intensive Coaching Course in a fantastic beach location, Lloret de Mar, close to Barcelona. The course has been designed to improve your knowledge, offering you additional tools and different concepts and perspectives.

4 ACCOMMODATION Evenia Olympic Resort is located in Lloret de Mar, a beach town located 45 minutes from Barcelona. The resort has 4 hotels, all of them 4 stars and some of the facilities you can find are: gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa, bars and restaurants. Soccer fields are located in front of the hotel, within a short walking distance

Our main goal is to provide an educative perspective of Soccer that enhances the player development. Our course wants to tranfer the need to separate and differentiate Youth Soccer from Adult Soccer.

7 COURSES We offer 2 courses complementary and progressive courses. Each course lasts 9 days, 8 nights. To decide the course to take, you have 2 options: - Option 1: You may select course Level-I - Option 2: You may select Level-I and Level-II It is not possible to select Level-II without having done before Level-I. If you select the Level-I and Level-II you can make the 2 courses in 2 consecutive weeks.

10 ABOUT US The coaches staff is led by Mr. José V. Portolés, who has a degree in Physical Education & S p o r t b y U n i v e r s i d a d Politécnica de Madrid, also has a Master in High Performance S p o r t b y U n i v e r s i d a d Autónoma de Madrid. Founder member of Sport Psychology Association of Valencia, professor in University Jaime I in Castellón, he colaborates with the Spanish Olympic Commitee (COE) and Spanish Soccer Federation(RFEF). Lecturer for Coach License and for many national and international congresses and c o u r s e s a b o u t Professional Football and Youth Football, in England (for The FA), Germany, Costa Rica, Colombia and Spain, in the most Sport Universities. As writer, has wrote several articles, prefaces and chapters in different books. His intervention in soccer is wide: he was former professional player of C.D. Castellón and Villarreal FC, club Sport Director in CD Castellón and Millonarios FC (Bogotá), Youth Academy Director of Valencia CF, Assistant Coach and Strength & Conditioning Head Coach of Real Madrid CF (winner of 1 King Cup and 1 Supercup), Sporting de Gijón, RCD Mallorca, Albacete, Monterrey (Mexico), Vissel Kobe (Japan), Lokomotiv Moscow (Russia), Tianjin TEDA (China) and Costa Rica National Team (2 World Cups classification)

11 ABOUT US Staff Our staff is a group of experts from the Escola de Entrenadors de la Federació Catalana de Futbol (Catalonia Soccer Federation Coaches Academy), with a long experience in courses and teams training. All of them are Level-III Football License (equivalent to UEFA-A and Pro). In adition, some of them has also a degree in Physical Education and Sports. official partners:
