5 By this application, we understand and accept that this application and our affiliation therein explicitly grants our consent to abide by the following: The Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of Cal South, the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), and all directive of the governing boards of these bodies. We agree to register all league players, coaches and administrators with Cal South and pay player registration fees as set forth by the Board of Directors. Comply with all registration requirements and pay player registration fees as invoiced (due on receipt). Will not utilize any personal registration information garnered through Cal South affiliation to directly promote the interests of outside competing entities. Ensure that all administrators and players participating in all games scheduled or hosted by said league will use official Cal South player, coach and administrator cards for all game competitions. Will ensure that our league is conducting competitive or recreational gaming and utilize only active USSF Certified Assignors and USSF Certified Referees. We ensure to have a disciplinary Chairperson and or disciplinary committee for the prompt and equitable resolution of protest, appeals, and discipline of league members. Failure to comply with any of the following terms may be subject, but not limited to the following: Denial or revocation of Field Liability Certificates Registration System Access (denial, revocation or limitations) Loss of Adult League and/or Tournament Sanctioning We understand that in accordance with this application, full compliance is required for the purpose of good standing membership in Cal South. Active Incorporation Status with the State of California (CA Secretary of State Office) or proof that the incorporation process has been initiated. *New leagues must provide a Financial Statement or Budget Forecast. **Each league bears the responsibility of keeping all league directory and application requirements current with the Cal South Corporate Office.
