6 Elite academy 2. Technical strategy plan The academy is from the ages U6 till U18. We divided the academy in 4 parts to make it clear what their specific targets will be. All parts have their special targets in the development of a football player Departments: 1. Professional academy U18 2. Young professional academy U13 till U16 3. Junior academy U7 till U12 4. Grass roots U5 & U6 5. Al Shabab Al Arabi private academy Professional academy U18 & U21 Young professional academy U13 till U16 Junior academy U7 till U12 Al Shabab Al Arabi private academy Grass roots U5 & U6 2.1 Professional academy Here we will teach and explain the players as professional. They have to show what they learned the last years and combined that with a professional attitude. They getting closer and closer to first team and this should be visible in their performance on and off the field. We are teaching them the lifestyle principals that are necessary to become a professional player. 2.2 Young professional academy The young professional academy we are preparing the players for becoming a professional player. We are training them according to technical and tactical principals so that they will understand and also can make their own decisions on the field. Off the field we are teaching them the lifestyle principals that fit to be a part of a team.

7 2.3 Junior academy Children need to be learned the game principals in a playful way. They are trained and directed year by year with new principals. The foundation of a future professional player will be prepared in this department. The love for football should stay for a lot of years before they are in the age of becoming a professional player. 2.4 Grass roots With grass roots department the players getting introduced for the first time with football. The players will get introduced how to deal with the rules of the game football. The focus will be on Fun! 10 3. Way of playing The intention is to create one philosophy according to some basic principles for the whole club. The initiative must always be on our side. We have to control the ball possession and ball possession opponent. Direct or controlled pressure on the opponent. Play a positional game to prepare for attack. The player has to understand what is required. Creativity, aggressiveness, attractive, disciplined. 3.1 Formations All the teams will play according to the principles of playing for the younger age groups we simplify the formations but with the same basic principles of playing Professional academy At the age of U18 the players should learn and play in more tactical flexibility with in according to the match strategy with attacking midfielder with defensive midfielder Young professional academy At the young professional academy U13 till U16 will play according to the basics of with an attacking midfielder. In this department the players will learn to play in a line, lines together and starting to know each other qualities Junior academy In this department players learn by age the game principles in a step by step process, together with developing their skills in match situations. The technical and tactical foundation is created here. U10, U11, U12 playing 8v U8 & U9 playing 7v U7 playing 6v

11 4. Training process The training process can be seen as a full development program. We are paying attention to individual and team development because together these two are creating a complete player and good teams to develop in. We are working with fixed week schedules so that there is a good preparation of the players during the week. The training sessions should assist the teams and the players in understanding the way of playing. Another strong point of this training process is that all exercises in our fixed week schedule lead to stability in our way of playing, player development and creating our Al Shabab Al Arabi style. This philosophy is creating a specific type of player. 4.1 Training sessions frequency We will work according to a step by step process to increase the number of training session for each department. By the steps we are making the players getting introduced with more training topics specific to the development stages of the ages. U14 till U18 5x in the week training U10 till U13 4x in the week training U6 till U9 3x time in the week training 4.2 Weekly training plan At the academy we will work according to a week cycle.
