2 SCHEDULE Sunday 30th June Arrival of the clubs to the meeting. Tournament information. Monday 01st July Presentation and line-up of all the participants in the ground, where the opening match will be played. Tournament development. Welcome cocktail with a gift from for all the participating club leaders Tuesday 02nd July Tournament development SPORTS FACILITIES The stadiums where the Tournament are going to be played are artificial-grass pitches. The various stages of the Tournament are going to take place at different pitches in Lloret de Mar, Blanes and Tordera. Wednesday 03rd July Tournament development. Thursday 04th July Semifinals. Friday 05th July All categories finals. Trophies and Medals award. Saturday 06th July Clubs departure. INSURANCE All those teams which are federated in their different regional federations, requesting permission to your regional federation, will have medical coverage participating in any of our tournaments in the Catalan region. COMPETITION There will be groups made up of three, four our five clubs in each category. These clubs will play among themselves. Only the first and the second team in each group will qualify for the next stage. Both of them will go to the semi-finals and final. Each club will play three matches at least and seven matches at the most.

All trophies will be presented to the teams at the end of the tournament in the football stadium. (Los It is compulsory for all teams to be present at the stadium when trophies are being given). Once the prizes have been given, the Tournament will be closed in all its categories. CATEGORIES F-7 AGE AND MATCHS DURATION BOYS U-11 Young Players 1/1/ Minutes (2 x 20 Min.) U-9 School Boys 1/1/ Minutes (2 x 20 Min.) * Dispensations are only allowed in all categories and for a maximum of two players and only one year older. CATEGORIES F-11 AGE AND MATCHS DURATION GIRLS Seniors No age limit U-17 Juniors 1/1/2002 BOYS U-17 Juniors 1/1/2002 U-15 Infants 1/1/2004 U-13 Begginers 1/1/ Minutes (2 x 25 Min.) 50 Minutes (2 x 25 Min.) PLAY WITH CAN BE FREE will provide the club, WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, 100 numbers per player taking part in the tournament for the club players to be able to finance part of the trip. The winning number in the ONCE draw on 31st May 2019 will win a TV 40 Ultra HD 4K.

4 BALLS AND WATER Teams taking part in the tournament will be provided with balls and water at the pitches where matches are played. RESULTS The matches results will be posted on website: TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE The organisation has the backing of the WORLD 2 MEET travel agency, whose team of qualified tourist industry professionals will provide you and your companions with hotels and a trouble-free stay. INSURANCE All players are covered by a sports accident insurance that covers the injuries that may occur during the matches. SUPPORTERS All supporters will be provided with accommodation in the same hotel as their clubs. We can offer all relatives and friends of tournament participants the chance to enjoy an unforgettable days. Travel Sports along with WORLD 2 MEET, have a large amount of excellent hotels throughout the Costa Brava. Our three star hotels have wonderful rooms where players can rest after a long, amusing and competitive journey. The hotels are situated in Malgrat de Mar, Blanes, and Lloret de Mar. will book all the clubs participating in the tournament in different full board hotels (bed & breakfast-lunch-dinner). All the meals will be taken in the same hotel where the team is staying. The departure day you will have until 11:00 a.m. to leave your rooms. Our hotels have all inclusive services: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Players will not have any problems recovering their energy after a long day s work. Last but not least, all our hotels have swimming-pool. We must not forget these are sportive vacations
