2 BLACKWATER & DISTRICT WINTER DARTS LEAGUE Gerry Pike Team Knockout Winter 2006/07 General Competition Rules apply Rules The Playing format for this Competition to consist of: - 6 Players per Team per Round The Player order will be determined by a draw. No changes will be allowed once the Names and Playing order has been drawn. The first to throw will be decided by throwing for the bull. first Best of 2 legs 301up. Straight in Should each player win a leg the points are shared 1 point each. If a player wins both legs then 3 points are awarded. The playing order is defined on the Gerry Pike Result Sheet. The First Team to win enough points to stop the other Team from equalling or surpassing the total will be deemed to have won the match. Should the Singles end in a draw then the match will be decided by playing a single leg of 1001 using the format. Both Results Sheets to be sent to the Results Secretary and to arrive by no later than Saturday A.M. following the Match When a Preliminary Round is required Venues with two boards will be chosen to allow for the Round to be concluded by 21:00hrs Any Preliminary Round matches (when played on the same night as the 1st Round) must be drawn and started by 20:00 hrs. Any Team arriving late could forfeit the match unless pre arranged with the opposing Captain. The 1st Round should be started by 21:00hrs. The 1st Round Team not playing in the Preliminary should arrive by the arranged start time failure to do so could forfeit the match The Captain of the Host Venue is required to make sure the oche and match board are inplace prior to the Match.
