2 Introduction ASHFORD CAVALIERS are a grassroots football club on the up. Andy Ward s side go into the 2017/18 season having achieved the League and Cup double in the Ashford & District Sunday League Division Two. It s the club s third trophy in three years, having also won the Division Three league title in Success on the pitch has given rise to the formation of a new reserve side, while off the pitch, the club has successfully sought grant funding to improve its infrastructure and equipment, while engaging local businesses for kit sponsorship. Cavaliers are an FA Charter Standard club; affiliated to Kent FA, and play home games at Goldwyn School on Godinton Lane in Ashford. We are now seeking a local business to support us in funding tracksuits and polo tops for our squad and management

3 The Opportunity WHAT WE NEED We are seeking local business support to fund new tracksuits and polo tops to give our squad and management a more professional look on match days. It's the final part of the jigsaw for the club this season as we've improved the club immeasurably on the back of last season's double success with grant funding to improve our equipment, facility and pitch. ANNOUNCEMENT/ PR We will arrange press coverage to announce any such arrangement as per our main kit sponsors in the Kentish Express, online and through social media (see image below). We will also be happy to put up PVC banners at the ground for all home games and promote your business at future club events such as our annual pre-season tournament. The tracksuits will be seen both pre-and-post match with your business logo on the shoulders of the jackets and polo tops. THE COST The combined cost for all tracksuit tops, bottoms and polo tops for players and management - including printing, personalisation and logo embroidery - is 2,000 RATIONALE/ VISIBILITY Through our match day wear, we can help amplify your brand to both target consumers and tradesmen alike. Our continued interests in the Kent County Cup will ensure visibility across the region as well the immediate Ashford borough. This is a great opportunity for a local brand to team-up with a well established, well-run and progressive local football club, and to show a commitment to grassroots community sport.
