IT MUST BE COMPLETED BY MIDNIGHT ON THE DAY OF YOUR GAME Failure to comply with this will result in a fine The Online Match Report Form MUST be completed for ALL SDYFL Development and Competitive League and Cup Games with a normal, abandoned or postponed outcome. You MUST complete the Online Match Report even if the League have already been notified of a postponement. The ONLY exception is when the League issues a blanket postponement of all games in which case the Match Report is not required. This guide is to help you complete the online Match Report Form. 2 To Log in to the website click on LOGIN (top right) using your usual Team Administrator account Go to your Fixtures & Results tab Make sure the right Month is selected Document icon Match Report submitted Pencil icon Match Report to be submitted Before you launch the Match Report, make sure you are selecting the correct fixture!! Once submitted the Match Report becomes locked and cannot be re-submitted Click on the pencil icon to open the Match Report IMPORTANT: Once you have clicked on Save in the Match Report Form, it becomes locked and you cannot edit it any further. You can cancel completion at any time by clicking DASHBOARD (top left of screen). 2

3 NORMAL game outcome Enter score at Half Time and at Full Time If the allocated referee didn t referee the game, either select the referee who did or scroll to the bottom and select Not listed- Enter Manually and type the name of the person who refereed the game. Enter your referee score. Note if you record a score under 60 the system will prompt you to enter a reason This box is to provide any further information to the SDYFL: - Issues - Emergency Signing details (player details) Select your matchday players (only the eligible players who were present on the day). This MUST be the STARTING line up. Indicate your subs at kick off and mark if they played (Subs Used column). Enter the number of goals scored per player. Enter any yellow/red cards (Failure to report this will result in a fine). We do not need: - Assists - Penalties - Star Player Click Save (Note clicking SAVE locks to Report Form and you cannot edit it) this is the equivalent of having posted it. 3

4 ABANDONED game outcome Select Abandoned Enter the time at which the game was abandoned. Enter a reason for the abandonment. Enter the score at the point the game was abandoned Provide the referee score (see details on page 3 if allocated referee didn t officiate the game). Enter a full description of why the game was abandoned which MUST include: - Events leading up to abandonment - Confirmation of whether you paid the referee or not Select your matchday players (only the eligible players who were present on the day). This MUST be the STARTING line up. Indicate your subs at kick off and mark if they had played up until the abandonment (Subs Used column). Enter the number of goals scored per player. Enter any yellow/red cards (Failure to report this will result in a fine). 5 POSTPONED game outcome Select Postponed. Enter a brief summary of why the game was postponed e.g. Frozen pitch Score and Referee Score NOT required Enter a full description of why the game was postponed which MUST include: - Who made the decision - On what basis - Was the referee informed (if they didn t attend) - If the referee attended confirm half their match fee was paid Players NOT required Click Save (Note clicking SAVE locks to Report Form and you cannot edit it) this is the equivalent of having posted it. 5
