NFY is keeping track of games not being played. Region B Vice-President Steve Huff announced FYSA is sending out fact finding committee. FYSA wants to know why teams are leaving FYSA & only play in US Club Soccer, A YSO, US Youth, EPL, FPL, MPL Leagues. FYSA wants to talk to clubs. Mike said rules may be easier in these leagues than FYSA. No teams applied for Region B League. Mike Strickler & Scottie Armstrong wants to know what FYSA can do to help Clubs. Mike also said there has been some recent bad behavior from parents at some of the clubs & this needs to be addressed. NFY Scheduler Alice Smith Some of the rescheduling of games were last weekend. Spring Season will start March 9, 2019 FYSA Web site has info on State Cup, President Cup, Commissioners Cup for team application & hosting sites. NFY Scheduler Terri Towers, Region B North Commissioner Not Present Director of Discipline: Grant Merrill Red Card suspension roll over to Spring Season if not served. Please send Grant all reports. f a club has a particular contact to handle red cards please send him contact info. Director of Referee: David Rietzler Referee recerts need to be completed on line by 12/20/18. Assignors need to make sure referees recertify. There were 4 field clinics held for 80 referees. Old Business: New Business: League directors of the three Leagues want to put on a free tournament for rec & comp teams for fun.
