Story Nowadays managers don t have much time in their daily business and they often have to make a quick decision for certain topics. Unfortunately many topics are not well prepared and the managers don t have all of the required information to make an adequate decision. Sometimes they use their time for getting the missing information. My app is specifically aimed at managers and chief executive officers (CEOs) who are active in sports. Managers are able to manage, plan and administer efficiently their different teams and the respective squads. Within a short period of time they can see if a member of the team is injured and can trigger a transfer process for a new player. Also if the number of members in a team is critical, managers can increase the squads via an initiated transfer process. This app can be used by managers in the professional and the amateur sector

Persona WOLFE Sport Manager of FC Bayern Munich For me I would like to improve efficiency and effectiveness of team management and respective transfers. 45 years old, married, Bachelor of Arts, 15 years working experience Manage different sport teams for FC Bayern Munich in Germany, high travelling, good communication skills Coach, Scouts, Teams, Sportspeople's agents, Club (owner, responsible person), Outfitter I m responsible for the contract management Improve squads planning cost/time (coaches, scouts, teams, outfitter) Faster response to changes in the team I m responsible for the management, administration and planning of the teams and squads Reduce time for signing contracts I take care of the relationship to our customers, partners, sponsors and outfitter I always need real-time insights of the teams Late or no insight into teams I need to reduce the time for signing contracts Excessive time is spent on non-value added activity such as report generation of the team, paper work, etc. I need a better overview of the squads to respond quickly to actions No mobile supported process (planning, managing,...) 2

3 III. User Experience Journey IV: Point of View Wolfe, the sports manager of FC Bayern Munich needs a way to get real-time insights of his teams so that he can quickly respond to changes and take actions with regard to managing and administrating transfers. 3

5 V: SAP Web IDE App Prototype My Teams: This is the beginning screen of the app. Overview of teams, the manager is responsible for. Information of the sports manager are also shown on the screen. The manager can navigate to the Squad or the provided Transfers of the respective team by clicking the icon or the number. Search functionality is also implemented. Squad: 5

6 All players of the respective team are listed with detailed information. Information of the current coach are also shown on the top of the screen. The manager can see at first glance which players are available, injured, suspended or in rehabilitation training. By selecting the corresponding player, the manager can navigate to the details of a player ( Details of the player I screen). Sorting of players by Status is implemented. Search functionality is also implemented. As a filter criteria the manager can search via number or name of a respective player. Backwards navigation to My Teams screen is implemented in the header due to the SAP Fiori guidelines. Available Injured Suspended Rehabilitation training Details of the player I: Detailed information of the selected player. The manager can see the status of the player (injured), description of the injury (Ankle Injury) and when the player will return to the squad (Expected Return: ). Backwards navigation to Squad screen and Home navigation (Navigation to My Teams screen) is implemented in the header due to the SAP Fiori guidelines. 6

7 Transfers: Returns a list of players that have been proposed for transfer by the scout of FC Bayern Munich. The manager can immediately see which new players have been added to the list (NEW) and for which players he has already started negotiations (In negotiations). Furthermore, players are shown which have already signed a contract (Signed contract) or got declined (Declined). By selecting the corresponding player, the manager can navigate to the respective details of the player ( Details of the player II screen). 8 Details of the player II: Detailed information of the selected player. Notes of the scout are shown and can be edited or added by the manager. Further the manager can enter a value for the respective player. The transfer status of the player can be changed by the manager. Changes are confirmed via the button in the footer. By clicking on the button an will automatically be sent and the transfer status on the Transfers screen will automatically be updated. Backwards navigation to Transfers screen is implemented in the header due to the SAP Fiori guidelines. Success: Automatically created will be sent. After confirmation via OK button, the Transfers screen will be opened. 8
