4 Structure We will build strog age groups ad great teams. Develop a excellet techical base, good traiig habits ad high quality/ fast tempo playig style will be the focus of our traiig sessios. Coaches, traiers, ad DOCs will work with teams to develop the players to their fullest for the future. CU brigs the best together - our age groups will do just that!

6 Traiig Format & Frequecy Traiig Frequecy 2 ights per week, miimum Age Group Traiig This is extra traiigs that the Club provides at certai times through out the year. This is commuicated through the DOC to staff, oto the families. 7 Goalkeeper Traiig Program CU goalkeepers receive separate traiig sessios specific to this positio. Traiig is geerally offered 1-2 times a week durig the seaso The cost of goalkeeper traiig will be withi the club fee. At the youger age groups, goalkeepers are rotated.

8 Competitio (Leagues) CUSL ad Buckeye Premier Most teams compete i either of these leagues, depedig o their level of play. Typically, teams play 6-8 league matches a seaso. *Please Note: League schedules are always subject to chage.
