3 SEASONAL HOSPITALITY MEMBERSHIPS TERMS AND CONDITIONS DIRECTORS BOX SEASONAL PACKAGE A seasonal hospitality membership is your chance to book the very best seats in the Stadium. With access to our suites and private boxes, you can enjoy a first class build up to every game. Our excellent match day dining, pre-match entertainment and past players will make your experience a memorable one. As a corporate season ticket or private box holder you will enjoy all of the benefits that come with being an executive member at Bramall Lane. 1. Seasonal hospitality is issued subject to the rules and regulations of the Football League in respect of the relevant competition and the Sheffield United Football Club (SUFC) ground regulations. 2. Seasonal hospitality members must adhere to the ground regulations currently in force, a copy of which is available upon written request to the Stadium Manager at the Clubs address. 3. Members must produce their seasonal member s card at each fixture. 4. It is the sole responsibility of the member to ensure seasonal member cards are not lost or mislaid. SUFC accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen season cards. 5. Lost and/or stolen seasonal cards can be replaced upon a charge of per replacement card. Replacement cards must be arranged in person with the Hospitality Team. Once a replacement card has been duplicated the original season card becomes redundant and cannot be reactivated. Any duplicate charges will not be refunded, even if the original is located. 6. Bramall Lane Stadium is a NO SMOKING stadium. Designated smoking areas are available and clearly identified. 7. SUFC will not tolerate any swearing, abusive language or racial chanting. Perpetrators will be banned from attending future matches without refund. 8. Match dates are subject to alteration however the Club will do its best to notify supporters of fixture changes. The Club will inform local press and media and notify on the official club site Under no circumstances will refunds or reimbursements be made for individual fixtures missed by members. 9. SUFC is entitled to cancel any seasonal memberships which are proven to have been misused. 10. Memberships are non refundable. The club will only consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances. The Directors Lounge in the Hualing Stand is a luxurious suite and the perfect venue to entertain whilst enjoying fine dining in the intimate surroundings of the 1889 Restaurant. These exclusive seats allow you to enjoy the thick of the action whilst sitting amongst both Home and Away team Directors. 4 PLATINUM SUITE MEMBERSHIP Situated in the Hualing Stand, the Platinum Suite can comfortably accommodate up to 280 guests. Seasonal Members have access to all home league games throughout the season, along with the added benefit of enjoying Cup games up to, the Quarter Final Stages in each competition. Members can book seasonally with either a three course table d hôte or a two course set meal. Alternatively, meals can be booked on a match by match basis. Armchair padded seats in a prime position close to the half way line are attached to the Platinum Suite with excellent views of the game. Dress Code: Smart casual, strictly no ripped denims, trainers or club colours. 5 RESTAURANT MEMBERSHIP The TC10 Restaurant caters for up to 240 members within superb modern surroundings that offer an exceptional, panoramic view of the stadium from the BCEGI Family Stand. The suite offers cinema style padded seats, located either behind a glass screen running the length of the stand or in an executive block of outdoor seats located either side of the half way line. See the match day unfold in style by watching the players warming up and enjoy our pre-match build up provided by resident host and past player Kevin Gage. 14 BIG SCREEN SCOREBOARD ADVERTISING Our brand new stadium big screen and scoreboard enables companies to get their chosen message across to our fans by using a variety of full colour animated graphics and video. The big screen is situated between the Upper and Lower Tier of the Bramall Lane Stand and can be seen by up to 25,000 spectators within the stadium every matchday. With all big screen packages you are guaranteed a minimum of six slots up to 30 seconds long. Starting one hour prior to kick-off, continuing to a captive audience throughout the game. As well as advertising, the big screen is ideal for displaying pictures of fans for use with birthday and other celebratory messages. 21 TRAVEL GUIDE From the North Exit the M1 at Junction 33 following signs to Sheffield (A57), continue along the Sheffield parkway until you reach the Park Square roundabout. Take the third exit and follow the A61 Sheaf Street. Sheffield Railway Station is on your left, at the Sheaf Street roundabout, continue ahead onto Suffolk Street. At the Granville Square roundabout turn right onto St Mary s Road. Take the second left into Shoreham Street and the ground is on the right. From the East Exit the M1 at Junction 31 or 33 and take the A57 to the roundabout, take the third exit onto Sheaf Street. Continue from point 3 From the North. From the South Exit the M1 at Junction 29 and take the A617 towards Chesterfield. Continue into Chesterfield and at the roundabout junction with the A61 take the third exit towards Sheffield. Continue on the A61 through Dronfield and into Sheffield. Continue past the Earl of Arundel and Surrey Public House on the left. Take the next left onto Bramall Lane and the ground is on the right. From the West Take the A57 into Sheffield and take the fourth exit at roundabout into Upper Hanover Street and at the second roundabout take the third exit Bramall Lane. By Bus From the Sheffield Interchange, services 47 and 48 will take you to Shoreham Street. Service 53 (Low Edges) will take you to Queens Road. From Arundel Gate service numbers 33, 43, 44/44a (Chesterfield) or 252 will take you to Bramall Lane. From High Street, services 20/20a, 25/25a, 75, 76, 97 & 98 will take you to London Road/John Street.
