16 TERMS & CONDITIONS 2017/2018 Football packages: By confirming a football package booking with MC TRAVEL, you are accepting our full terms and conditions stated below. All Football Packages: Unless made through our online booking system, all requests / bookings must be made in writing to info@mctravelsportevents.it All requests are strictly subject to availability and price fluctuation. Once the package reservation is confirmed, an invoice will be sent requesting pre-payment of the booking by return. Dates and times of matches are subject to change, it is the clients responsibility to check the date and time of kick off prior to arrival. Up to date information is available through Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed, should a match be cancelled or postponed, the tickets will be valid for the rearranged date unless the club can offer a refund. If a refund is possible, MC Travel will refund the package cost less a 5.00 per person administration fee. Tickets are generally in the home supporters section, although on occasion can be located with the away supporters. Clients MUST be informed not to wear the visiting team colours as they will be ejected from the stadium for their own safety. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival may incur a hotel cancellation charge of one night or more in addition to the cancellation fees for tickets. TICKET DELIVERY Delivery / Collection of Match tickets (Clients accommodated in London) MC TRAVEL will automatically arrange delivery of the match tickets by courier to the clients hotel at price of Should any clients prefer to collect the tickets from MC TRAVEL, they must arrive at our offices between 09:30am and 17:00 pm Monday Friday or 09.30am 12.30pm on Saturdays. MC TRAVEL MUST be informed at time of booking if clients wish to collect the tickets from us.
