4 Austin MacPhee Founder/CEO and International Soccer Coach AM Sports Tours are the only sports tour company in the world with a CEO/Founder who works at the highest level of Professional Football International Level. click to watch Even though Austin has been coaching since he was a teenager, he has also played professional soccer in Scotland, USA, Romania and Japan. These travels led to a passion for language (Austin speaks fluent Japanese) and learning (Austin holds a degree in Psychology & English). Upon returning to Scotland, Austin founded his own soccer club therefore can relate to and has direct experience handling issues a Club experiences from the Board Member, DOC, Coach, Player and Parent. AM Sports Tours started because others realised his passion for football and travel they asked him to organise a tour and he just kept doing so! Simultaneously, Austin has also seen success within every coaching role he has been appointed to. Domestically he has a host of accolades from back-to-back promotions to cup final winners medals. This domestic success has been transferred to the international stage. Austin is currently assistant coach to Michael O Neill at the Northern Ireland national team, leading them to the Euro 2016 finals, their first major international tournament in 29 years. Austin was also recruited as part of the back room staff of the Mexico National Team for the 2014 World Cup and is now a Techincal Observer for UEFA. Austin s drive and passion is mirrored by everyone at AM Sports Tours. 5 Previous Experience Click here for the Partner Page The AM Sports Tours Partnership with Scott Gallagher began in 2016 when two teams from the club travelled to Barcelona and London respectively. The 2001 s made the journey to Barcelona where they experienced soccer at its best. A week of training with pro Spanish coaches and playing high level opposition culminated in a match against La Liga side RCD Espanyol. As well as the cultural experiences in the city they also got to watch FC Barcelona live, both in league and Champions League action! The 2004/05 s were treated to a fantastic experience in the UK with a soccer tour to the UK. AM Sports Tours were able to provide them with four live matches including teams such as Arsenal, Southampton and Tottenham! As well as enjoying the stunning sights of London, the players had an excellent experience mixing with English players to play International friendly matches. 5

6 AS Roma USA Partnership SL Scott Gallagher are one of 10 US Clubs to be selected for the AS Roma USA Partnership Program. This unique partnership has the primary focus of developing players and coaches in the US. AM Sports Tours are delighted to be able to work with AS Roma USA and the partner clubs to provide the travel aspect of the partnership program, which is becoming an integral part of the overall development experience. 7 Italy Rome It may be a cliché, but there s no better advice for visitors to the Eternal City than the old saying, When in Rome, do as the Romans do. With more than 2,000 years existence, there s enough to explore to keep you busy for years, with decadent pasta and gelato to indulge in, places to shop for everything from handicrafts to haute couture, archeological sites, Baroque churches, villasturned-museums, and enough art to overload your senses. Many of the must see attractions include the Colosseum, Vatican City, Pantheon, Spanish Steps and Piazza Venezia to name only a few. Aside from all the amazing history this city has to offer, we cannot forget the passion for soccer that comes with being an AS Roma supporter - They really do live and breath soccer here! 7

8 Live Serie A game Want to watch Live Serie A action?... Serie A is regarded as one of the best leagues in the world. With some of the greatest players in the world playing or having played in Italy, Serie A has become one of the most competitive and exciting leagues to watch, where any number of teams can compete to win the Championship! Your team will enjoy the atmosphere of live Italian football with tickets to watch AS Roma live. The live game you will see will be AS Roma vs. AC Milan. The game is currently scheduled for 25th February but is subject to change. Details of the confirmed date will be released nearer the time. 8

9 AS Roma coaching Experience what it is like to train as a pro as you take part in training sessions with Academy coaching staff from AS Roma. Your group will enjoy training sessions with some of the top academy coaches from AS Roma. This unique experience will provide the players with a challenging yet enjoyable experience that they can learn from. AM Sports Tours have worked with the academy staff from AS Roma on a number of projects and have also facilitated the trial of players with the Academy. Each session is taken from the AS Roma Academy curriculum and will be modified to the level of your players to allow them to get the most out of the experience. More training sessions can be requested if required. 9
