How do I renew my Seasoncard for the 2018/19 season? You can renew your Seasoncard in the following ways: Click on the Renew Now button contained within your personalised e-brochure Online at Call +44 (0) , option 1 (24 hours, booking fee of 2.50 per Seasoncard applies) The Ticket Office opens Monday to Friday, 9am until 5:30pm. Supporter Services is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Both facilities will open at 10am on Thursday and are closed Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Disabled supporters are unable to renew online. To renew your Seasoncard for the 2018/19 Season, you can call a member of the Access Team on +44 (0) (option 1, option 1, option 1) or visit the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office. Please be aware: If you have listed your seat on the Ticket Exchange for the Huddersfield and/or Brighton fixture, please do not renew your Seasoncard until after your seat has successfully sold or the game has taken place to utilise the full Ticket Exchange balance for your 2018/19 Seasoncard. How much is a 2018/19 Seasoncard? The price of 2018/19 Seasoncards varies depending upon many factors such as the location of your seat within the Etihad Stadium and the age that you are as of 1st August 2018.

2 For the 2018/19 season, Juniors (Under 18) are priced from just 95 and Adult Seasoncards from just 310 for a Gold Seasoncard. Go Platinum for an extra 50 per Seasoncard or upgrade to a Premium Seat with access to 93:20. To view the prices for 2018/19 click here. I want to relocate my seat for the 2018/19 season, when can I do this? All 2018/19 Seasoncard holders will be given the opportunity to relocate their seat following the Seasoncard renewal window. We advise that should you wish to relocate that you first renew your existing seat within this window. Priority will be given to supporters impacted by the Colin Bell Stand Development. From 9am, Monday 21 st May supporters impacted by the Colin Bell Stand Development will be able to be able to relocate to any available alternative seat. From 9am, Tuesday 22 nd May until 5pm, the relocation window opens for all remaining supporters to relocate. You can relocate your seat online via or by contacting Supporter Services by calling +44 (0) (option 1, option 3) who will be happy to assist. I want to relocate my seat for the 2018/19 season, how do I do this? Once your relocation window opens, a 3D seat view application will be provided online at which will show supporters the view from a particular seat and confirm the price for the 2018/19 season. If you are happy with the seat, add this to your online basket. If there is an increase or decrease in price this will be reflected in the basket and will either adjust your direct debit or if you have paid in full for your 2018/19 Seasoncard you are able to refund/pay the difference in the same transaction. During the relocation window you can relocate your seat multiple times. You must have made your final seat selection before the relocation window closes to guarantee your seat for the 2018/19 season as after this time you are no longer able to relocate your seat. 3 What Seasoncards are available to me for the 2018/19 Season? Premium Seats 93:20: Premium Seating gets you a padded seat and access to 93:20, a heated concourse bar area. Food and drink will be provided by Fabulous Fan Fayre. Included are the 19 home Premier League matches and the first three (3) home domestic Cup matches and a matchday programme. Platinum: Platinum means points. You get all the great benefits of a Gold Seasoncard with a seat for all 19 home Premier League matches but for an additional 50 you get double the Ticket Points on the tickets you buy. The more points, the more chance you have of getting tickets to the big games. Simple as that. Platinum Seasoncard holders continue to have access to MCFC Ticket Exchange for those occasions when you can t get to a match. Gold: Gold gets you a seat for 19 home Premier League games. That s why it s always been popular - great seats, to great games, watching great players. Plus, you can spread your payments with 10 monthly instalments on Direct Debit. Cityzens Matchday Membership is inclusive and you can take your pick from Cup games, car parking, or the Metrolink Matchday Season Ticket which includes access to a fast track ticket queue before and after the match at the Etihad Campus to make your matchday travel quicker and easier. Value Seasoncard: We know you love City, but we also understand that times are tough. That s why we offer our Value Seasoncard. It gives you all the benefits of Gold for just 299. The only difference is that we allocate you a new seat once announced sold out it could be in any stand, on any level, but you can still choose from the same great range of add-ons. Value Seasoncards are limited and are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. We think it s the best value in the Premier League. But that s only what the best fans deserve. Is the Value Seasoncard available for the 2018/19 Season? Yes, Value Seasoncards will be available for the 2018/19 season. As a current Seasoncard holder you have the opportunity to purchase one of a limited number of Value Seasoncards for the 2018/19 season. These will be on sale from 10am on Wednesday 2 nd May, priced at 299. Once the Seasoncard renewal window has closed on Wednesday 16 th May and Value Seasoncard s are announced sold out, supporters who have purchased will be allocated their seat for 2018/19 season. Value Seasoncards are available on a first come, first served basis and you can buy online at mancity.com/tickets or by calling +44 (0) (Option 1, 1)*. At the time of purchase, you can choose your add-ons including parking and metro-link, and payment can be made in full or by Direct Debit with the standard 10 monthly payments.

4 What are the categories (age bands) for 2018/19 Seasoncards? Your age on 1st August 2018 determines which of the categories below applies to you: Junior (18 years and under) years Adult (22-64 years) Senior s (65 years and over) Disabled Please note: On your birthday, should your age take you into a different price category (age band), for home Cup games and Away games, the price you pay will depend on your age at the time the game takes place. So, for example, a Junior who turns 18 during the season will pay the published price in the next category up (18-21 years). When we play at a neutral stadium (i.e. Wembley Stadium), the Club is contractually obligated to sell tickets in-line with the host venue s regulations. For example, a Junior who is 17 may be classed as an Adult at Wembley Stadium and would be required to pay the prevailing Adult rate. Any exceptions and/or qualifying sales criteria for matches at neutral stadia would be published on When can I purchase a Seasoncard for my child? As a Seasoncard Holder or a Cityzens Matchday member, you are able to purchase a Seasoncard for a junior under 14 years of age, without them being registered as a Cityzens Matchday member. If the junior is aged 14 or over, they would be required to be a Cityzens Matchday member in order for them to qualify for a Seasoncard for the 2018/19 Season. I am a Cityzens Matchday member. When can I purchase a Seasoncard for the 2018/19 season? Once all existing 2017/18 Seasoncard holders have renewed their seat and subject to availability, Cityzens Matchday members will be offered the opportunity to purchase a Seasoncard for the 2018/19 season. The sales windows for Cityzens Matchday members commences at 9am, Thursday 24 th May until 5pm Monday 28 th May. Supporters who were originally on the Seasoncard Waiting List and transferred to a Cityzen Matchday Member will be offered a priority window, from 9am, Wednesday 23 rd May. Existing Seasoncard holders will be able to relocate to sit with family and friends, who are offered the opportunity to purchase a Seasoncard, however we are unable to hold or reserve seats in advance. My friends and family are Cityzens Matchday members, can I relocate if they re successful in buying a Seasoncard for the 2018/19 season? Yes, existing Seasoncard holders will be able to relocate once their friend or family member secures their 2018/19 Seasoncard.

5 We d advise that at the time your friends or family members are offered the opportunity* to buy their Seasoncard they do so first online at or by calling +44 (0) (option 1) ( 2.50 booking fee per Seasoncard applies). Disabled supporters cannot buy online. Once their seat is secured contact Supporter Services in-person at Etihad Stadium Ticket Office or by calling +44 (0) (option 1, option 3) who will be happy to assist. *Even if offered the opportunity to buy, final purchase is subject to availability at the time you decide to buy. I do not have a Seasoncard but I would like to buy one for the 2018/19 season, when can I do this? To be given the opportunity to purchase a Seasoncard for the 2018/19 season you firstly need to become a Cityzens Matchday member; however, we cannot guarantee that any 2018/19 Seasoncards will be made available to new applicants. For those that are unsuccessful, you will be required to have an active Cityzen Matchday Membership for the 2019/20 renewal period. Seasoncards are subject to availability. Please note: As a Seasoncard Holder or a Cityzen Matchday member, you are able to purchase a Seasoncard for a junior under 14 years of age, without them being registered as a Cityzen Matchday member. If the junior is aged 14 or over, they would be required to be a Cityzen Matchday member in order for them to qualify for a Seasoncard for the 2018/19 Season. To purchase a Cityzens Matchday membership visit Will there be a price difference between Seasoncard holders and Cityzens Matchday members for a 2018/19 Seasoncard? No, all supporters will pay the same price irrespective of when they purchase. When can I upgrade or downgrade my 2018/19 Seasoncard? Should you wish to upgrade to Platinum or downgrade to a Gold Seasoncard, add additional benefits or make any amendments, you can do this from Monday 30 th April. Supporters who are on Direct Debit auto-renew will be sent confirmation of their payment schedule and associated benefits from Thursday 17 th May. Any amendments must be made before 5pm, Wednesday 16 th May. If I have a concessionary Seasoncard, can an adult family member use my Seasoncard for the occasional match? Yes. For any fixtures you are unable to attend you must upgrade the Seasoncard online on the following link by selecting My Account then Regrade My Ticket, or by contacting a member of the Supporter Services Team. Your Seasoncard will be activated to allow the Adult supporter access or we can provide a Print@Home ticket, which will deactivate your Seasoncard. Failure to upgrade may result in you being refused entry to the Etihad Stadium or a Stadium ban. It is your responsibility to advise of the Stadium ground regulations.

6 I have renewed my Adult 2018/19 Seasoncard but wish to purchase a Junior Seasoncard, can I do this? As a Seasoncard Holder or a Cityzen Matchday member, you are able to purchase a Seasoncard for a junior under 14 years of age, without them being registered as a Cityzen Matchday member, subject to availability and located next to their parent/guardian. If the junior is aged 14 or over, they would be required to be a Cityzen Matchday member in order for them to qualify for a Seasoncard for the 2018/19 Season. If your Junior is not a Cityzens Matchday member but you wish to purchase a Seasoncard for them in the future, then we would advise that you purchase the Cityzens Matchday membership today. If the Junior is a Cityzens Matchday member, should any 2018/19 Seasoncards be made available and they are offered the opportunity to purchase, you may at that time only, purchase a 2018/19 Seasoncard for your Junior, subject to availability and any qualifying sales criteria. We d advise that at the time the Junior is offered the opportunity* to buy their Seasoncard you do so first online at or by calling +44 (0) (option 1) ( 2.50 booking fee per Seasoncard applies). Once their seat is secured contact Supporter Services in-person at Etihad Stadium Ticket Office or by calling +44 (0) (option 1, option 3) who will be happy to assist if you need to relocate your Seasoncard with the Junior. We are unable to reserve seats and cannot guarantee any 2018/19 Seasoncards will be made available to Cityzens Matchday members or any new applicants purchasing today. For those that are unsuccessful, you will be required to have an active Cityzen Matchday Membership for the 2019/20 renewal period. Seasoncards are subject to availability. *Even if offered the opportunity to buy, final purchase is subject to availability at the time you decide to buy. I wish to transfer my Seasoncard (name change) to a friend or family member, can I do this? No. To be offered the opportunity to purchase a Seasoncard you must be a Cityzens Matchday member and at the time you are offered an opportunity to buy, you may select from any available seat. To allow a name change undermines supporters that have purchased the Cityzens Matchday membership to be given the opportunity to purchase. You can purchase the Cityzens Matchday membership today. We cannot guarantee that Seasoncards will be made available to Cityzens Matchday members. For those that are unsuccessful, you will be required to have an active Cityzen Matchday Membership for the 2019/20 renewal period. Seasoncards are subject to availability. A family member has passed away. We d like to retain the 2018/19 Seasoncard in the family, is this possible? Yes, you are able to retain the Seasoncard within the family. Your request must be submitted in writing, providing the following information:

7 A copy of the death certificate. Proof of family relationship. The name, supporter number, address and contact details ( and contact telephone number) of the deceased supporter. The name, any existing supporter number, address, contact details ( and contact telephone number) and date of birth of the family member to which the Seasoncard is to be transferred. Photo ID may also be required. Upon receipt of this information, we will transfer the Seasoncard to the new supporter s name. The deceased supporter s file will then be deactivated. Please note: Any Ticket Points accrued on the deceased supporter file are not transferable. Any Ticket Points attributed to the new sale will be awarded to the new Seasoncard holder, as appropriate. Your letter can be sent to Supporter Services, Manchester City, Etihad Stadium, Etihad Campus, Manchester M11 3FF, you can contact us here or hand deliver a letter to the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office. I will miss the 18/19 Season due to work commitments but would like to retain my Seasoncard and allow a friend to use it. Is this possible? Your Seasoncard is your responsibility. You must not sell your Seasoncard for a profit and ultimate responsibility lies with you, as the Seasoncard holder. Any sanctions applied as a result of any misbehaviour may result in your Seasoncard being banned or in some instances cancelled in its entirety. It is the responsibility of the Seasoncard holder to ensure that any trusted family member or friend that uses their card is made aware of the 2018/19 Seasoncard Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Ground Regulations. I am on a Stadium ban; can I renew my 2018/19 Seasoncard? Where a Stadium ban will be in place for the 2018/19 season, up to a maximum of the first 3 home matches of the 2018/19 Season, you may renew your Seasoncard in line with the process. You will need to contact a member of the Supporter Services team or visit the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office. The Stadium ban will be lifted to allow you to purchase and be reapplied for the duration of the ban. There will be no reduction in price for matches that you will miss at the start of the 2018/19 Season. Where a Stadium ban will be in place for more than the first 3 home matches of the 2018/19 Season, you cannot renew your Seasoncard at this time. At the time the ban is served, you will need to contact a member of the Supporter Services team to discuss the next steps. Each supporter s case will be dealt with individually and assessed on its own merit. The Club will use its best endeavours to retain your seat. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be made available to you, even if the decision to purchase a 2018/19 Seasoncard outside of the renewals window is allowed. The price will be prorated, subject to the number of home Premier League matches played at the respective time of purchase.

8 I would like to relocate to the singing section when I renew my Seasoncard, can I do this? Of course; The Singing Section is located in block 111, blocks and part of block 114 in South Stand Level 1. Supporters that sit outside of these blocks are not part of the designated singing section. If you wish to be part of the singing section, you must relocate in to any available alternative seat in the blocks detailed above, once the relocation window opens. What is the qualifying criteria for Seasoncard holders to remain within or relocate in to the Family Stand? The ratio of children to adults is 1:3. That is one child (17 and under) to three adults. Supporters that no longer qualify are asked to relocate to an alternative location within the Stadium. This ensures that we retain the integrity and that those within the Family Stand can enjoy facilities and entertainment, in a safe and secure environment. Do I need to move my 2018/19 Seasoncard out of the Family Stand as I no longer qualify? If you no longer qualify, you will need to relocate. The ratio of children to adults is 1:3. That is one child (17 and under) to three adults. Supporters that no longer qualify are asked to relocate to an alternative location within the Stadium. This ensures that we retain the integrity and that those within the Family Stand can enjoy facilities and entertainment, in a safe and secure environment. You can relocate your Seasoncard from 9am, Tuesday 22 nd May until 5pm. PREMIUM SEATS Is the Platinum or Gold Seasoncard available for Premium Seats within 93:20? Premium Seats are a Seasoncard in their own right. You cannot be a Platinum or Gold Seasoncard holder within Premium Seats. Do I receive Ticket Points if I become a Premium Seat 93:20 Seasoncard holder? Yes. Supporters will receive the same number of ticket points as Platinum Seasoncard holders. How do I purchase away tickets or Cup Final tickets if I become a Premium Seat 93:20 Seasoncard holder? Premium Seat Seasoncard holders within 93:20 will purchase their away match tickets and any Cup Final tickets in line with the existing process. That is, the qualifying sales criteria will be published at and supporters can purchase on the day they qualify, subject to availability.

9 Do I still need to join the Cup Schemes if I become a Premium Seat holder within 93:20? Yes. Whilst the first three home domestic Cup matches are included 1, you will need to join all Cup Schemes to ensure that you automatically receive tickets for all rounds of the respective Cup competitions. If you do not join the Cup Schemes, you will only receive the first three home domestic Cup matches as part of your package. You cannot join the Cup Schemes once the registration dates have passed. You can join any or all of the schemes free of charge but you must join the relevant scheme(s) by the following dates: a) Join all three Cup Schemes, by 31 August 2018** b) The UEFA Competition Scheme, by 31 August 2018* c) The League Cup Scheme, by 31 August 2018* d) The FA Cup Scheme, by 30 November 2018*The date may change if the Club has to qualify for the Group Stages of the UEFA Cup Competition. When you join the scheme(s) you provide us with debit/credit card details. We simply debit your card prior to the respective game and activate your Seasoncard to allow you entry for the fixture. It s as easy as that. Premium Seat holders within 93:20 will receive 200 Ticket Points per scheme when joining. 1 Matches are not transferable to UEFA Competitions and will not be carried forward if unused during the season Failure to pay will result in removal from the relevant Cup Scheme(s) and any Ticket Points applied from signing up to the Cup Scheme(s) will be removed. Are Concessionary Seasoncards available for Premium Seats within 93:20? Yes. Concessionary rates are available* for Under 18s, and Over 65s. There is also a rate set for disabled supporters. *Concessions are not applicable for Superbia Seasoncard holders. Supporters that purchase concessionary Premium Seats are required to upgrade their seat should this be used by an Adult during the season. Failure to upgrade may result in your Seasoncard being suspended and a Stadium ban may be applied. Your age on 1st August 2018 determines which of the categories applies to you. What is the dress code for Premium Seats within 93:20? There is no official dress code. Supporters are able to wear City shirts and home Club colours. Premium Seats facilities open 90-minutes before kick-off and remain open for 1-hour after the final whistle.

10 Is car parking included within Premium Seats within 93:20? Seasonal car parking is not included within Premium Seats allocated to 93:20. Supporters within this area are to purchase a seasonal car park pass at 190 (subject to availability) or pay the full prevailing rate on the day, subject to availability. As a 2018/19 Premium Seat holder within 93:20, what does Cityzens Matchday mean to me? If you re a 2018/19 Premium Seat holder, you re a Cityzen Matchday member. Our membership scheme gives you exclusive money-can t-buy experiences, lets you participate in Club decisions, earns you rewards and extra value to enjoy being a City fan even more. Will the bar areas be open for UEFA home Cup matches within 93:20? Yes. Premium Seats within 93:20 facilities open 90-minutes before kick-off and remain open 1-hour after the final whistle. ACCESS INFORMATION FOR DISABLED SEASONCARD HOLDERS Who do I speak to about the 2018/19 Seasoncard renewals and relocation process? You can call a member of the Access Team on +44 (0) (option 1, option 1, option 1) or visit the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office. I am an existing disabled Seasoncard holder; do I need to provide proof of eligibility? Yes. We are aware that all supporters, including those in receipt of an indefinite allowance award, receive an annual uprating letter from the Department of Work and Pensions every February/March. A copy of this letter and/or one of the qualifying documents below must be provided to the Club. This will not prevent you from renewing your Seasoncard, but failure to provide this proof may result in the Club retaining your 2018/19 Seasoncard until such time as it is received. The Club reserves the right to cancel your 2018/19 Seasoncard and/or make appropriate adjustments if the qualifying proof is not provided. What proof of eligibility is accepted in relation to disabled supporters? Proof of eligibility is required from disabled supporters wishing to purchase a 2018/19 Seasoncard and the Club accepts any of the following: Qualifying annual uprating letter; or A statement of high mobility/living allowance as issued by the Department of Work & Pensions; or Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance; or Blind or partially sighted registration certificate; or Enhanced Personal Independence Payment (PIP) Please note: This list is not exhaustive and consideration will be given to any other evidence that can be provided. For guidance, the Club advises supporters to refer to the Level Playing Field website.

11 As a disabled supporter, am I entitled to a discount off my 2018/19 Seasoncard? The Seasoncard price that qualifying disabled supporters pay is the rate set by the Club for its disabled supporters. This rate will be paid by qualifying disabled supporters who provide the following qualifying proof; Qualifying annual uprating letter; or A statement of high mobility/living allowance as issued by the Department of Work & Pensions; or Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance; or Blind or partially sighted registration certificate; or Enhanced Personal Independence Payment (PIP) The rate set by the Club for its disabled supporters does not automatically entitle the disabled supporter to a free personal assistant. This is assessed on its own merit, on a case by case basis. As a disabled supporter, am I entitled to a free personal assistant with my 2018/19 Seasoncard? Where a supporter would find it unreasonably difficult or impossible to access the Stadium or services offered, the Club will allow the supporter to bring a personal assistant, free of charge. It is important to understand that the personal assistant ticket is not a concessionary ticket but is actually a reasonable adjustment made by the Club to enable a disabled supporter to more easily access the full range of matchday services (in consideration of UK legislation as described in the Equality Act 2010). In determining whether an assistant may be required, we will take account of whether the time, inconvenience, effort, discomfort, anxiety or loss of dignity entailed in using our services would be considered unreasonable by other people if they had to endure similar difficulties. Some examples of the kind of difficulties or activities which may require the use of a personal assistant include (but is not limited to): help in getting in to and around the Stadium from car parks; assistance to seats and viewing areas; obtaining/carrying refreshments; assistance in using the toilet facilities; someone to act as interpreter; to provide for safety and wellbeing protection or way-finding assistance The personal assistant should sit with the disabled supporter to assist him/her and whilst we accept that the personal assistant may be another disabled person or a young person (under 18), we would advise all supporters that you attend the match with a personal assistant who is at least 18-years of age and is fully capable of meeting your needs. It should also be noted that when entering the Stadium, the personal assistant must enter at the same time as the disabled supporter. Supporters Under 14-years of age are not allowed to enter the Stadium without a qualifying Adult (age 18-years and over). As a result and in-line with reasonable adjustments, the 2018/19 Junior (Under 18) Seasoncard holder, who is Under 14-years of age and their parent/guardian are required to pay the full prevailing rate for their seats. We are not required to provide the Adult with a free 2018/19 Seasoncard.

12 Please note: The Club reserves the right to retrospectively seek additional proof of eligibility where there is an element of reasonable doubt as to the need for a personal assistant. Where the need for a free personal assistant is removed, the disabled supporter will be advised of a reasonable timeframe to purchase the additional 2018/19 Seasoncard at the full prevailing rate. I don t need a personal assistant for away matches, but I do for home matches. Will this affect the renewal of my 2018/19 Seasoncard at the Etihad Stadium? As away stadia is visited, in the main only once in a season, and the Etihad Stadium is a familiar surrounding, the Club would need to understand why this would be the case. We take the duty of care of all supporters seriously and if a personal assistant is required at a home match, we would ask that the disabled supporter gives due consideration to the challenges that visiting an away stadia may present. If a disabled supporter does not require a personal assistant for away matches, we would need to establish the reasons why and assess the need for a personal assistant at a home match. I am an ambulant supporter; is there a specific area I need to sit in when I renew my 2018/19 Seasoncard? No. We do not allocate a specific area at the Etihad Stadium for ambulant supporters. We believe that any supporter should be able to choose where they sit. The further away your journey start point is from the Etihad Campus, the greater the saving will be. The Metrolink Matchday Season Ticket will also provide priority access which means you can fast-track ticket queues before and after the match at the Etihad Campus stop. Make sure you have both your 2018/19 Seasoncard and Metrolink Matchday Season Ticket with you when you travel. Can a friend or family member use my Metrolink Matchday Season Ticket if I can t make the game? No. Your Metrolink Matchday Season Ticket is not transferable from one person to another and must be presented with your valid 2018/19 Seasoncard. The ticket remains the property of Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) and may be withdrawn if improperly used. If I lose my Metrolink Matchday Season Ticket how do I get a replacement? Applications for a replacement Metrolink Matchday Season Ticket should be made to the Club. Replacements will only be issued at the discretion of both the Club and TFGM. An administration fee will be payable if a replacement is issued. Make sure you have both your 2018/19 Seasoncard and Metrolink Matchday Season Ticket with you when you travel. You cannot use your Metrolink Matchday Season Ticket to attend matches at the Academy Stadium, when the first team is not playing at the Etihad Stadium. For these journeys, you must buy a separate Metrolink ticket. Can I travel if I forget my Metrolink Matchday Season Ticket? You must have both your 2018/19 Seasoncard and Metrolink Matchday Season Ticket with you when you travel to the match. Otherwise, you must purchase a valid Metrolink ticket for your journey. Travel without a valid Metrolink ticket incurs a Standard Fare of 100 and you may be liable to prosecution. What are the Cup Schemes? With a Platinum and Gold Seasoncard you get your seat for all nineteen (19) home Premier League games. Superbia Seasoncard is all inclusive, every match, all competitions, home and away. For those with a Premium Seat you will receive a seat for all nineteen (19) home Premier League matches and the first three (3) home domestic Cup matches. Premium Seat holders are required to join the Cup Schemes if they wish to secure their seat for these matches. To make sure you don t miss any of our domestic or European home Cup games, we have created Cup Schemes for the FA Cup, League Cup and UEFA Champions League Competition. You can join any or all of the schemes free of charge but you must join the relevant scheme(s) by the following dates: a) Join all three Cup Schemes, by 31 August 2018 b) The UEFA Competition Scheme, by 31 August c) The League Cup Scheme, by 31 August d) The FA Cup Scheme, by 30 November 2018.

Should any tickets remain, the Club will advise of the qualifying sales criteria and subject to availability, qualifying supporters may then purchase in line with the sales criteria.
