1 Training Programs for We are pleased to announce our new club structure. After a year of review we are refining our training operations for each age group to tailor our training towards the age group needs and US Soccer s recommendations for periodization and duration of training. The following changes will take place starting at our May evaluations. Major changes include: All U11 and U12 teams will be playing a 9 vs. 9 in league and event play. All U9 and U10 teams will be playing a 7 vs. 7 in league and event play. For U9 through U19 all teams will participate in their team rosters in ISOL Futsal once a week during the summer training period of June and July. All 11 vs. 11 Premier and Challenge teams will begin training once a week in June outside in addition to their one day a week of futsal. U8 boys and girls program moving to two sessions a week from 500 to 600 pm and playing Friday night 5 vs. 5. U13 through U19 Premier teams will train 4 days a week starting in August which will include two mixed sessions that are individual and technically focused with multiple coaching staff involved. o Example: U17 through U19 will train together two days a week. U15 through U16 will train together two days a week. U13 through U14 will train together two days a week. o The other two sessions will be in the team environment in preparation for match play. U16 through U19 Classic teams will train two sessions per week. NOTE: Registration and Training fees cover the entire year for full participation. This covers the coaching and training during the summer with your team coach, the fall season, the winter period, as well as spring where applicable for those age groups. U8 Boys and Girls Registration $240 Training $400 Training Period - August 14 through December 7, January 16 through April 26 2 one hour sessions per week from 5:00 to 6:00 PM League Play - 5 vs. 5 Friday evening games from 5:30 to 6:30 PM U9 Boys and Girls Training $600

2 3 one hour sessions per week League Play - 7 vs. 7 Coastal League play Rosters set at 10 players per team U10 Boys and Girls Training period - Futsal only in June, July, training August 14 through League Play - 7 vs. 7 Coastal League Rosters set at 10 players per team U11 Boys and Girls League Play 9 vs. 9 SCYSA Coastal Rosters set at 12 players per team. U12 Boys and Girls League Play - The top two teams in each gender will participate in the SCYSA statewide 9 vs. 9. The 3 rd and 4 th teams will participate in the local Coastal 9 vs. 9. Rosters set at 12 players per team. U13 Premier Boys and Girls Training $1,100 and July and at least one session outdoors each week in those months. Training January 16 through Evaluations in May. U14 through U15 Premier Boys and Girls Training $1,100 and July, December and January. One session outdoors each week in those months. Training January 16 through Evaluations in May. Training begins August 14 th and runs through December 14 and January 16 th through Evaluations in May. League Play SCYSA Classic

4 U16 through U19 Premier Boys and Girls Registration $200 Training $750 Training Period - June 5 th through January 25th with Futsal games in June and July and at least one session outdoors each week in those months.
