After 8 min. they perform dynamic runs. Duration: 10 min Warm Up 1 Take care of grading Perform dynamic streching for upper and lower body
2 2 of 7 Exercise 1: One Touch Passing Goal: This soccer passing drill helps to develop performing one touch passing, wall passes and short range passes. Equipment and players are arranged as shown. Sticks are about 2 meters apart. Players change position continuously as shown. 5 players work with one ball. This soccer drill focuses on one touch passing and wall passing. Technique of inside pass with locked ankle is basic requirement of this drill. Players need to pay attention to the pace of passes and quick feet movements. After a sharp pass players need to lay the ball softer to continue one touch passes. Soccer Passing Drill Quick feet Use both feet Lock the ankle Heads up
3 3 of 7 Pace and accuracy of passes are vital Number of players: 5 Time: 8 min Equipment Balls: 1 Sticks: 6 Exercise 2: 4v2 and 6v3 Ball Possession Goal: To adapt one touch passing and short range passing into game. Cones are used to create an 8x8 and a 14x14 meters square. 4v2 possession is performed in the smaller area, 6v3 possession is performed in the bigger area. Identify the defenders with different colors. Players change roles continuously: defender who touches the ball replaces the player in possession when he makes a mistake. Games focus on one touch passing and speed. Players have to play fast with up to two touches.

Number of players: 6-15 Equipment Small Cones: 8 Exercise 3: 8v7 Goal: Practising attacking movements in a standard 4:4:2 formation and basic defending principles. Game is played on a 68x60 meters area between a team of seven and a team of eight. Team of seven plays in a 4:2:1 formation. Team of eight plays in a 4:4 formation with 2 inner attackers, 2 wingers, two inner midfielders and 2 full backs. Goalkeeper of the team of eight restarts the game when ball is out of the field. Team of seven basically defends. When they win the ball they have to perform a counter attack.

Goals are placed onto he baselines. Two teams of eight plus goalkeepers play against each other. Balls are placed into the goals.
