Each team has 5 balls and must play 5 passes before shooting. Team who scores 5 first wins. Play must include a switch of play Goal must come from a cross Ball must go to GK twice TECHNICAL: --4- with magic box 70x50 yard field (8v8) with 5x5 magic box Two teams both play Both teams plays 8 & 0 in the magic box. & both play in attacking half to create v in each half. Ball starts with GK (red Team), who passes to 4. Once 4 takes a touch play becomes live. Red team look to get ball into attacking half with v overload and try to score. Same applies to black team when in possession. 8 & 0 must recover to box once ball out of attacking half or team loses possession. 8 or 0 can recover into defensive half to create 4v once ball enters zone.

Black team play 4 & 5 in defensive zone, 0 in orange zone,, & 8 in yellow zone and 9 in attacking zone. This create v in each end zone and v in both middle zones. All players restricted to their zone. Once ball goes into attacking zone two midfielders can go in and support attack to create v. The two support players must recover to their zone once possession is lost or attack finishes.
