1 Move in the Goal Circle. Goal Circle Drill using all players. Move to new position! 1.Pass and dodge to new position in the circle to receive net pass. Use all players outside circle. Last pass, have a shot. All move around one until all have had a turn. 2. Add defender, same again Side step and pass around the circle. Skill and Fitness Circuit. Need cones, balls and markers. Sprint to corner Jump cones 2 feet together Stride over markers
2 Run Throughs Run forward, jump and catch, land and pass forward, cut behind player, jump to catch, land and pass forward etc Throw Player running = throwers with a ball Run out, touch the line, run back, pick up ball, pass out, pass back, catch, put ball down on quoit, run out Touch foot on line 2-3 team running and passing competition. L Drill. Run out to take pass, jump in air to catch, land, pivot, pass back to net player in your line. That player is then the net thrower for the player on the other line. Continue. Advance to :- Jump in air to catch, turn before landing to face the way that you will be throwing.

Vary distance to suit age groups. One at a time.. Jump cones with two feet together, sprint to the edge of the goal circle, side step around to take passes, sprint back down side line, stride out with one step between each marker back to the end. Strength and endurance, timing and footwork. Team competition - Sprint, pick up ball from ring, pass, catch and place ball back. Speed, concentration and teamwork Two lines - one forward one backwards passing ball in between. Balance and leg movement. Two team running competition.. 1, 1/3rd, 2, 2 nd 1/3 rd, 3, full court. Competition and speed. Thrower In Groups. Endurance Drive, catch, pass, pivot, sprint, drive back. 2, 3, or 4. Skills Drills. Footwork.. In pairs.. Quick passes with moving feet, variety of passes, up, down, left, right. In pairs: Drop back and jump high to catch lob pass 5 each way. 9 Side Shuttle Pass Player running Use side steps to move sideways to take pass on other side. One in front, one behind. Talk to each other. Change on whistle. Pass, Drive, Catch, Pivot and pass back thrower Start with left side then after pass 2 take pass 1 from right side Variations. After full round, vary passes, Lob, Bounce, Shoulder. Centre thrower moves back to and forward to make passes longer and shorter. How many passes without dropping???

Start to vary passes, lob, bounce, chest. Through the centre start Pass on, cut to corner, catch pass back, pivot, pass in front of player running through centre, pass on to net in line, cut to corner..
