The kitchen and dining area overlook the pools where you can watch the kids frolic in the 30cm deep reflection pool or dive deep into the 20m lap pool. The huge block is home to three towering pine trees around which the house is built. As you hear the kookaburras and the ocean from your bedroom you ll be immersed in the perfect combination of Australian bush, beach and five-star luxury. Surf boards, bikes, piano, cable TVs, gas barbecue, air-conditioning in all rooms, sound systems, daybed, board games - it s all you need for a special break in the bush and beach.

8 Destination Broken Head is at the end of the stretch of beach to the immediate south of the Byron Bay Lighthouse. Mostly untouched rainforest, it is a magical spot positioned only a few minutes from the heart of Byron Bay. The protected southern point is perfect for beginners, and local surf schools often choose to give their students their first wave in the family friendly shallows of the beach. Three airlines fly into Ballina Airport just 20 minutes from the house, and the larger Gold Coast airport is 60 minutes north. Two of the most deserted and beautiful beaches in the shire, Brays and Kings, are found by driving two minutes up Seven Mile Beach road and walking down tracks through the rainforest. These are perfect settings for creating those perfect family memories.

9 The Details Deposit and Final Payment A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation is required at time of confirmation to block the dates. The remaining balance is then required on the first day of the month prior to occupancy. Cancellations If a cancellation is made the owner will attempt to re-let the property and refund the deposit in its entirety. If the house is not re-let the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations are to be advised in writing by . Check Out / Check In The premises are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and are to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. This will be flexible when other groups of guests are not in residence the night before your arrival or the night of your departure. Cleaning The premises are to be left in a tidy condition. The final clean is the house s responsibility. For longer stays the house will be cleaned every 8 days. Extra cleans can be booked for $300. All linen, bathroom and beach towels are provided. Pets House trained pets are allowed with the permission of the owner. Cats are not permitted.
