2 Welcome to i-bet. This guide should give you all you need to know to get started betting with us. It has been written with the aim of explaining to someone with no prior knowledge of betting how to use the system so if you do already have experience of betting then you may find it much easier to get to grips with than someone new to it, we would however still urge you to read it all as it contains a lot of useful information which will help you to get the best out of your i-bet experience. If anything isn t clear or you have any further questions then please feel free to ask in the chat area of the website or by ing info@i-betuk.com. Before we get started it s important to point out that although we are confident we can help you win money on a regular basis here on i-bet we cannot offer any guarantees and as with any gambling there is a risk involved so please do not bet with money you cannot afford to lose.

3 i-bet Home Page After logging into the i-bet site you will be met with the homepage, this is where you will spend the majority of your time on i-bet so it s important to know what each section is for. It s all pretty self explanatory but here s a quick run down. 1) Selections: The Selections section is the most important part of the site, this is where the horses our system suggests will appear. When a suggestion comes in it will look something like this: In this example Chief Of Men is the name of the horse and it is running in the at Lingfield. It s odds are 3/1 in fractional format or 4.00 in decimal. In the majority of cases a horse will be suggested at more than one bookmakers but we will examine that more closely in the Placing a bet section of the guide. Below is a brief outline of what each icon represents in the suggestions section: 2) Current Runners: The Current Runners section will show you at a glance any bets that you have matched that are running in the next race that day. 3) Matched: This is the Gone button which you would press if the price is not available at the bookmakers. This is the Match button which you would press if the price is available at the bookmakers and you have successfully placed the bet. The selection will then move into the Matched area of the home page. This is the Double button which when pressed will allow you to enter information about the 2nd horse in your double. See the doubles section on the website for more information about this aspect of the system. This is the Betslip button, when you press this it will take you to the relevant bookmakers site and in most cases will have loaded the betslip with the corresponding horse. This is the Gone Checked button. If you have arrived late and need to get rid of lots of suggestions as the price has gone then if you click the tick box to the left of each selection you would like to get rid of then press this button it will get rid of them in one foul swoop. If you click the tick box next to the Gone Checked button it will tick every suggestion currently unmatched. The Matched Selections area is where all the bets you match each day will be displayed. They are listed in race time order. 4) Speak Ur Brains: This is the chat section of the site where you can interact with the other members of i-bet, ask any questions you may have and talk about anything you like.

4 5) Statistics: The Statistics section shows you everything you need to know about how i-bet is working for you, from a daily, weekly, monthly and all time perspective. 6) Leaderboard: This is where you can see how you are faring compared to other i-bet users on a daily and monthly basis. Settings: The settings section can be found in the top right of your home page. In this part of the site you can amend your user name, address & password. You will also see a bookies section which lists all the bookmakers that suggestions can be generated from. Whilst paper trading we would recommend you have every bookmaker ticked as this will help you to gauge which bookmakers have the prices most often and will therefore be of most use to you when you start betting for real. Once you have begun to bet for real you should only have the boxes ticked for the bookmakers you are currently using otherwise you will get selections coming in that you will not be able to match the price for.

5 Paper Trading: We would recommend a period of paper trading prior to starting to bet with your hard earned cash, this is partly so you can see if this is for you but also so you can get used to how the system works, the volume of bets and also learn a bit about which bookmakers are going to be worth using on a regular basis. You may feel ready to start after a few days or you may wish to spend a bit more time getting used to the system, we would however ask that after a maximum of 2 weeks you begin to bet with real money otherwise we will deactivate your login details, this is to protect our investment in creating the system from timewasters. We appreciate this may not be for everyone so if you decide sooner that it isn t for you then just let us know. For those paper trading you need to follow exactly the same instructions as if you were betting for real except you skip the part where you place the actual bet. Getting Started: After your period of paper trading you will probably have noticed that some of the bookmakers have the suggested price a lot more than others. As a starting point we would recommend opening accounts with the following bookmakers: William Hill Tote Bet365 Boyle Sports Betfred VC Bet Coral Stan James Betfair Fixed Odds The 2nd tier of accounts you should look to open are: Ladbrokes Paddy Power Titan Bet Corbett Sport Blue Square Finally the 3rd tier of accounts: Skybet Sporting Bet Bodog 888 Bet

6 The reason these bookmakers have been broken down into groups is because the nature and volume of bets i-bet generates means we come under scrutiny from the bookies in a way a normal punter would not. The first group of bookmakers will last the longest before you find yourself restricted or closed down. With the second category you may find these accounts will last a little less time, while the third are really only to be used as a last resort. The issue of keeping accounts open and fully operational isn t so apparent when on lower stakes but when you get onto higher stakes it becomes more of a battle. Tips and tricks on how best to win this battle can be found in the Help section of the website. Starting Stake: We recommend a minimum starting bank of at 1000 this gives you a 200 point bank at stakes of 5. Each selection that is matched on the site is equal to 1 point. The reason for the 200 point bank is so that in the event of a bad run (which I m afraid do occasionally happen) you will have enough to cover it and continue betting. If you decide you would like to start on slightly higher stakes here are the respective bank amounts you will require Bank = 5.00 a bet 1500 Bank = 7.50 a bet 2000 Bank = a bet 2500 Bank = a bet 3000 Bank = a bet 3500 Bank = a bet 4000 Bank = a bet 4500 Bank = a bet 5000 Bank = a bet Bank = a bet Moving up in stake: You should stick to the same stake for the whole month, at the end of the month your new stake will automatically be worked out for you and an sent informing you of this. This will happen until you reach 25 stakes at which point you are free to stick at that stake and start taking profit as a wage or continue to move up as you see fit. You cannot drop below 25 stakes though. Which type of bet should you be doing: Win only. Never do each way bets no matter how big or small the price is. Not only is it more profitable when betting the way we do, but accounts last longer. Bookmakers really don t like people betting e/w and you will have enough issues keeping hold of accounts as it is, without bringing yourself to the attention of the bookies sooner by betting e/w.

7 INTELLIGENT BETTING Placing a bet: Now to the important bit - the actual betting. When a horse is suggested there will be a sound to alert you, it will then appear in the Selections section on the website. You then need to click on the bookmakers icon which will take you to their website (some will take you to their full site and others just to a betslip), you then need to make sure the price i-bet has suggested is the price the bookmaker offers, if it is, you enter your stake and place the bet. You will then see a confirmation that your bet has been placed, some bookmakers ask you to confirm your bet prior to it being placed so don t confuse this with the bet receipt. Keep an eye out for any alerts to notify you of a change in price as some bookmakers don t always make this entirely clear. In the example below you will see that Danube River has been suggested at several bookmakers, when this is the case you should start with the best (i.e. highest price) and work your way down until you find a price you can match. If you are able to match the price and place the bet you then click the green tick button which will add this selection into the matched section. If the price is not available you do NOT place the bet and you click the red cross button which will remove the selection. It is extremely important that you follow this simple rule, if you don t then you are jeopardising your chances of making a profit over the course of the month. A horse you have not been able to match may be suggested again at a different price if it meets the criteria of the system again, this is another reason not to take a lower price than the system suggests. This may all seem a bit daunting to begin with but the reality is much simpler and within a few bets on the system you will get the hang of things. 8 Potential Returns: While we can t offer any guarantees our aim is for the system to produce 100 points in profit every month. This figure can be higher and lower but the more you play the more likely you are to reach this target figure. 100 points in profit is half of your bank so it is a very good potential return compared to many other financial investments. What times should I use the system?: The system operates 7 days a week from 11am until 10 minutes before the last race, or 8pm, whichever is sooner. Obviously it won t be practical for most people to play all day every day but the more time you invest in the system the greater the rewards will be as our extensive testing and own personal experience show that the more bets you place the more winners you are likely to hit and consequently you will achieve a better overall monthly score. Bad runs: Unfortunately the system does have the occasional bad spell. You may be tempted to stop playing for a few days, which of course you are welcome to do, but the best course of action is to play through the bad run. Just because one day is good, or bad doesn t mean the following day will be. The best way to ensure a good monthly score is to play as often as possible. Syndicate: i-bet is a betting syndicate. There is no joining fee but the profits you make over the course of each month are split 75% to you and 25% to i-bet. An invoice will be generated based on your i-bet score for the month and sent to you for payment so it is important that your points on the system reflect the money in your bookmakers accounts. There is a spreadsheet available to download in the Help section of the website which we recommend you update daily so as to keep your accounts in order. Moneybookers: We would recommend opening a Moneybookers account, it is a good idea to open it when you begin paper trading as it takes a few days to get the various identity checks completed. Having a Moneybookers account will make your life much easier as it means that rather than having to wait several days for your money when you withdraw it from a bookmakers it will be back in your Moneybookers account within a few hours. This will allow you to manage your money much more efficiently and will hopefully avoid the situation where you have to let bets go as you have no money in the relevant bookmakers account.

9 Please note, if you have already opened bookmaker accounts and then try to add moneybookers they may temporarily suspend your account until you provide them with some additional ID so it is best utilised when opening fresh accounts. Betfair: Betfair is a an important tool for i-bet. The system itself relies on it to produce its suggestions, and on higher stakes you will also rely on it to keep your accounts open. Because the system utilises Betfair it is extremely important that you do not use it to place your bets. The simple reason for this is that in using Betfair to place bets you can impact on the suggestions i-bet makes, creating false bets and diminishing the profitabality of the system for everyone. Checklist: Here s a quick reminder of the things you need to have, or do, prior to getting started: 1) 1,000 minimum bank. 2) Moneybookers account. 3) Open accounts with 1st group of suggested bookies. 4) Read this user guide again. 5) Paper trade in order to get used to the system and to see if it is for you 6) Read this user guide again 7) Get stuck in!
