The project area encompasses part of Multnomah Channel, Scappoose Bay, and Sauvie Island. Conduct an assessment of the historic tidal channel network connecting Scappoose Bay with Multnomah Channel. Project will develop a design concept to reconnect and enhance these waterways. $48, $10, Willamette Mission Programmatic Reconnection Project Willamette Riverkeeper Project is located at Willamette Mission State Park, Gervais, Oregon. Project is on a side channel between River Miles 72 and 74 of the mainstem Willamette River. Reconnect side channels and floodplains by removing fish passage barriers that isolate a mile of back channel and a natural oxbow lake during low flow periods. 5 Bear & Ferguson Creek Fish Passage Project Development Long Tom Watershed Council The project will take place in the Bear & Ferguson Creek Sub-watersheds in the Long Tom Watershed northwest of Eugene, Oregon. The project will utilize the Council's 2009 fish passage inventory to conduct targeted outreach & complete fish passage enhancement designs for priority sites in Bear & Ferguson Creeks. $49, $41, Middle McKenzie Side Channel Enhancement Project McKenzie Watershed Alliance Project located in the McKenzie watershed, Lane County, OR. Outreach will focus on private lands within McKenzie River floodplain from the town of Vida upstream to the South Fork McKenzie Rive Project seeks to enhance habitat for spring Chinook and bull trout while creating a unique learning experience for local students. This will open unrestricted passage to approximately 13.2 miles of excellent winter steelhead and trout habitat. $20, $48, Model Watershed Landowner Outreach and Project Design Mary's River Greasy Cr, Tum Tum River & Beaver Cr are high potential tributaries draining from the Coast Range (incl. highest point Mary's Peak) into the Willamette River basin. Conduct rapid biological assessment as outreach tool for landowner recruitment on Tum Tum River, Greasy Cr, and Beaver Cr. Identify restoration sites and develop floodplain connection project designs. $33, $69, Oak Creek Landowner Recruitment for Riparian Benton Soil and Water Conservation The Oak Creek watershed is a subbasin of the Mary's River watershed, located in the Willamette Basin, in and around Corvallis. T11 This project will provide capacity to conduct watershed-wide RW S13,19,20,24-25,28-30,31-32,36; outreach to approximately 57 landowners in the Oak Creek T12 RW S3 watershed for riparian restoration. $41, $12,470.00

Restore about 200 acres along Hay Creek and main stem lower John Day River. Murtha Ranch lands enhanced for native fish and wildlife and positioned for permanent stewardship with Oregon State Parks. $50, $50, Elk Creek Phase II - Fish Passage Upper Nehalem Located on Scappoose-Vernonia Hwy (owned/managed by Columbia County), 3 miles east of Hwy 47 in Columbia County, northwest Oregon near the community of Pittsburg. Restore coho, cutthroat and lamprey passage to 3.6 miles of refugia habitat on Elk Cr, a tributary to the EF Nehalem under a Columbia County Road crossing in NW Oregon. Multiple partners. $50, $398, Thompson Creek Floodplain North Coast Land, Owned by North Coast Land, the Thompson Creek property is located within the city limits of Seaside, in Clatsop County, Oregon. Restore estuarine function by reconnecting Thompson Creek to 30 acres of historic floodplain habitat. $15, $5, Oregon State Police Fish and Wildlife Division Oregon State Police The Oregon State Police has thirteen Oregon Plan officers throughout the state with ten stationed in the project focus area. Several watersheds statewide benefit from our investigations. Improve the Oregon State Police Fish and Wildlife Division's ability to investigate environmental and wildlife protection crimes by providing the necessary water testing equipment to its officers. $41, $ GRANT AWARDS Mary's River Shotpouch Creek Floodplain Connection Enhancement Shotpouch Creek is a headwater stream that flows off of Mary's peak in the Oregon Coast Range, in the Mary's River Watershed, a fifth field watershed in mid-willamette Valley. See vicinity map. Address limiting factors for cutthroat trout by reconnecting the stream to its floodplain and increasing in-stream habitat complexity along 7 miles of Shotpouch Creek, with nine landowners. $49, $187, The Nature Upper Willamette Floodplain Design The Middle and Coast forks of the Willamette River flow north from their headwaters and join near Eugene to form the Willamette River. Work will occur on both forks directly before confluence. This project will help to complete and refine final 30% designs for 11 floodplain restoration projects identified in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Willamette Floodplain Study. $50, $50, Recruiting Landowners to Restore and Recover Watersheds Projects are located on ESA-listed fish streams throughout the Calapooia and North and South Santiam Watersheds in the Willamette Valley. Contiguous project locations will be sought. The goal of this project is to reach 60% of landowners living in Model Watershed tributaries, and to recruit landowners to plan and participate in on-the-ground restoration. $47, $15,000.00

West Multnomah SWCD, Oregon DEQ and partners will provide a free event for agricultural producers to dispose of old, outdated, or banned pesticides. $10, $19, Sandy River Basin Middle Sandy River Prioritization Phase I Free flowing since Marmot Dam s 2007 removal, the 55-mile Sandy River gathers the 500-sq mile basin s wild and scenic tributaries, providing anchor habitat for Lower Columbia salmonid recovery. The project will prioritize restoration actions in Oregon s Middle Sandy River, linking key areas now being restored. Pre-design work will combine GIS, field surveys, and limiting factors analysis $50, $50, Western Rivers Lower John Day - Hay Creek Project : Phase II Lower John Day River Basin. Sherman and Gilliam Counties, eastern Oregon. Private land adjacent to Bureau of Land Management land. In the John Day ESA recovery area, WRC and partners are: increasing floodplain connectivity and channel complexity; restoring riparian habitat; conserving water; and encouraging participation in CREP. $35, $35, North Fork John Day Fox Creek USACE Channel Fox Creek is a major tributary to the North Fork John Day River located in Grant County that provides critical spawning and rearing habitat for threatened steelhead and resident redband trout. To permanently abandon the USACE channel on Fox Creek and redirect all water into the historic, meandering channel resulting in improved spawning and rearing habitat during both high and low flows. $35, $91, The Freshwater Trust Rudio Creek Watershed Habitat Plan and Community Project work will be centered in the Rudio Creek watershed. Rudio Creek originates on Rudio Mountain and flows 16.8 miles before entering the North Fork John Day River near Kimberly, Oregon. The Freshwater Trust will develop a comprehensive plan to restore the aquatic habitat of Rudio Creek. Outreach will engage local stakeholders in watershed-scale habitat and flow restoration efforts. $38, $45, Tillamook Estuaries Partnership Tillamook Bay Watershed Culvert Prioritization This project addresses stream crossings throughout the entire Tillamook Bay Watershed. This includes the Miami, Kilchis, Wilson, Trask, and Tillamook river basins. Survey stream crossings throughout Tillamook Bay Watershed and collect data to prioritize culverts for replacement based on fish passage and upstream habitats. $50, $25,000.00
8 Umatilla County Soil and Water Conservation Taylor Birch Creek Fish Passage Project The project is located on private land at the mouth of Birch Creek at the confluence with the Umatilla River. Restore three miles on Birch Creek by the removal of two T2N R32E S13 in Pendleton, Umatilla abandoned irrigation dams to give access to summer County, eastern Oregon. It is not next steelhead, redband trout, and lamprey to rearing/spawning to federal land habitat in the headwaters. $43, $86, GRANT AWARDS National Forest Foundation Whychus Creek Streamflow Enhancement Project Whychus Creek originates in the Three Sisters Wilderness, is a tributary to the Deschutes River in central Oregon, and joins the Deschutes just above Lake Billy Chinook. The NFF will partner with the Deschutes River and private landowners to replace 6,000 feet of leaky irrigation pipeline and restore (cfs) in water savings to Whychus Creek. $25, $123, Lower Nehalem Roy Creek Fish Passage Improvement This project is located on the main stem Nehalem River, on the North Coast of Oregon. Fish congregate here waiting for the first cold water freshets before traveling upstream. This project will replace two six foot diameter perched culverts stacked atop a series of crushed and derelict culverts with a 36 ft bridge, a span 1.5 times the active channel width of Roy Creek. $30, $952, Deschutes River Uncle John Ditch Piping Project: Whychus Flow Flow will be permanently restored to Whychus Creek from RM 23 to where it joins the Deschutes. Piping will occur on the Uncle John Ditch located just west of Sisters, OR in Deschutes County. This project pipes 3.8 mile of open canal restoring up to 2.5 cfs of protected instream flow to Whychus Creek. Additionally, this project eliminates an unscreened irrigation diversion. $50, $1,021, McKenzie River Trust Upper Willamette Riparian Stewardship The project targets properties owned by public and private organizations as well as private landowners in the riparian floodplain along the Willamette River from Eugene to Harrisburg. This project brings together public and private organizations and private landowners to eradicate invasive weeds and work towards longer-term conservation and restoration projects. $24, $52, Crooked River McKay Creek Habitat Lower McKay Creek area joins the Crooked River about three miles below the project site. Located in Crook County, Oregon, north and west of Prineville. Riparian and instream habitat restoration of 0.6 miles of lower McKay Creek, a critical component of the upper Deschutes anadromous fish reintroduction plan and Middle Columbia Steelhead Recovery Plan $45, $127, Siuslaw Watershed Council, Waite Ranch Tidal Wetland The WRTWRP is located along Hwy 126 in the Siuslaw Estuary, five miles from Florence.
