2 NOVEMBER 4-5, 2017 WILLOWBANK RACEWAY, WILLOWBANK - NOV 4TH WARWICK DRAGWAY, WARWICK - NOV 4TH LAKESIDE PARK, KURWONGBAH - NOV 5TH The is designed for mates, friends and family to enjoy a great weekend away tripping around whilst putting down some fast passes on the drag strip, and potentially pick up some $$$. registered cars ONLY. Maximum 80 entrants, 1 car = 1 class. Online entries ONLY 3 tracks, Willowbank, Warwick and Lakeside. 8 classes with almost $20000 in prize money up for grabs. A NEW DYO Ladies Class (Class E). All 3 tracks will be 1/8th mile passes. NO trailoring of competitor cars, if its on a trailer its out. The changing of tyres from the road to the track IS permitted. Each competitor must drive their car between all 3 tracks. First Stop - Willowbank Dragway Sign on 7am - 9am. Kicking off at Willowbank on Saturday the 4th of November at 9.30am, entrants will have just 2 hours to put down their fastest time and hand their time slip to the organiser, NO SLIP, NO POINTS. Finishing on track at 11.30am. NO cars are permitted to leave Willowbank prior to 11.45am. Second Stop - Warwick Dragway From Willowbank its off to Warwick, 104kms up the road. Once we arrive in Warwick you will have from 2pm till 4.30pm to put down your best run. Once again remember to hand your quickest slip to the organiser, NO SLIP, NO POINTS. DYO CHALLENGE - WITH A TWIST. 1st place will win you $3000! Kicking off at 5pm, at Warwick is a new challenge, All entrants must supply a DYO time to organiser and also place this time on the left side of their car before we kick off. 1

3 How does it Work? It will be run round by round, 1st run is FREE. Changing of DYO times is NOT permitted once event has started, NO time slips will be handed out during this event, Drivers will draw lanes and challenger from a hat, then race. Normal DYO rules apply - If you are first across the finish line without going under your DYO time, or red lighting, you win that race, and therefore can line up again for free, If you loose that race you can buy back in for $10, (maximum of 3 buy backs per entrant) this must be decided and paid for immediately after your prior race, and before next round commences, so its up to your crew to keep an eye on your times which be displayed near start line. All buy back money goes into a bucket for 2nd place. After each round we will draw lanes and challengers again from a hat, This will continue until there are just 2 (The Final). First place will receive $3000 courtesy of Glenn and Jill Parsons from Aussie Chlorinators, 2nd place to receive all the money in the buy back bucket. Winners from the DYO Challenge will be announced and awarded at the dinner. Camping is the go for Saturday night at the track, with a BBQ dinner and drinks supplied to finish the day. A points update will be given during dinner just so you know where you stand before heading off for the finals in the morning. Sunday, after having breakfast at the track and helping to support Warwick Dragway by purchasing your breaky from them, off you go again. ALL Entrants must checkin at a location TBC prior to leaving Warwick on Sunday morning. Check-in is compulsory and will be between 6.30am and 8am, any entrants who leave early or fail to checkin will be disqualified. 2 Lakeside 190kms away is your final destination. Third Stop - Lakeside Park With no timing at Lakeside we will be running heads up Eliminators with a twist. Points from the previous 2 rounds will be combined to determine an order for the eliminators, eg; 1st vs last, 2nd vs 2nd last, and so on, until we reach the final 3 in each class. Once we have reached our final 3, it will run as follows - 1st vs 3rd, winner goes straight to the final. 2nd vs 3rd, winner goes to final, looser determined as 3rd place in class. Whilst entrants are making their way to the Lakeside, I will be running public cruise sessions and a show a shine meet, along with other on track entertainment.

4 LAKESIDE CRUISE-FEST REMEMBER; NOISE LIMITS MAXIMUM 95db Once you arrive at Lakeside you now become the show, with your own carport saved for you its time to have a cruise. ALL entrant cars may go in any of the cruise sessions that will be run on the day, this is a great way for your friends and family to enjoy cruising this iconic race track. Passengers are more than welcome to join entrants. Time for business! 30 mins of practice is all you get, from there its straight into the eliminators, each class will run its entire eliminator until there is just 1 left standing. REMEMBER its heads up until we get to the final 3, then its 1st vs 3rd, = winner goes straight to final, 2nd vs 3rd, = 2nd goes to final, loser deemed as 3rd in class. When all the eliminators are said and done in each class, there will be a trophy/prizemoney presentations and refreshments at the base of the control tower. End of The Thanks Guys and Girls! 3

5 WHATS ALLOWED? Support vehicles and trailers are allowed to help carry fuel, camping gear, parts and other supplies. The changing of tyres between the road and the track is permitted. Towing of a broken down entrants car if, directed by authorities, stopped on drag strip or in an emergency situation. A bucket load of fun! WHATS NOT ALLOWED? - Towing of any entrants car, either at the track or on the road. - Changing of classes once the competition has started. - Changing of tyre widths once the competition has started. - Changing of drivers once the competition has started. - Consumption of alcohol prior to event being finished for the day. - Dealer plates are NOT allowed. - Pets are NOT allowed - ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR! 6 WHATS IT COST AND HOW DO I ENTER? Racers licence required - $20/day or $65/annual licence. Entry fee is $360 per car/driver (non-transferable). Spectator Gate entry at Lakeside - $10 per person, kids 12 and under FREE. Entry will be ONLINE ONLY, via the Qld Raceways website entry system. Maximum of 80 entries. POINTS SYSTEM How it works is very easy - Fastest time to slowest. 1st = 35pts 2nd = 33pts 3rd = 31pts 4th = 30pts 5th = 29pts 6th =28pts And so on, If 2 competitors are equal on points after the 2 points rounds, then a coin toss between the 2 points locked competitors will determine placings, just for a bit of fun. CLASSES TRUE STREET RADIAL ASPIRATED - Class H For vehicles that run a true street radial tyre and no wider than 225, with a tread wear index of 140 or above, with no forced induction at all. TRUE STREET RADIAL BLOWN - Class G For vehicles that run a true street radial tyre and no wider than 225, with a tread wear index 140 or above, with superchargers, nitrous, turbos, or any combination thereof. 235 STREET RADIAL ASPIRATED - Class F For vehicles that run a radial tyre 235 or narrower with no forced induction at all. DYO LADIES ONLY - Class E For ANY vehicles with any tire and any engine combination driven by a female entrant. Sharing of cars with any other competitor IS permitted. Class E will run DYO at both Willowbank & Warwick, Lakeside TBC. RULE: Closest to time without going under counts for points. 5

7 255/265 STREET RADIAL ASPIRATED - Class D For vehicles that run a radial tyre 265 or narrower with no forced induction at all. 255/265 STREET RADIAL BLOWN - Class C For vehicles that run a radial tyre 265 or narrower running superchargers, nitrous, turbos or any combination thereof. 275 OUTLAW ASPIRATED - Class B For vehicles that run a radial tyre 275 or wider or all-wheel drive, with no forced induction at all. 275 OUTLAW BLOWN - Class A For vehicles that run a radial tyre 275 or wider or all-wheel drive, with superchargers, nitrous, turbos or any combination thereof.
