2 I. COMPETITION AND ORGANISATION 1. The Event will be run as 3 rd round of 2017 Lithuanian Rallycross Championship, 7 nd round of 2017 OPONEO Polish Rallycross Championship (here and after OPONEO MPRC). 2. This Event will be organize in compliance with: Held under the FIA International Sporting Code including Appendices and under the National Competition Rules of PZM, including: - The International Sporting Code and its Appendices (here and after the ISC); Lithuanian Rallycross Championship Regulations; OPONEO Polish Rallycross Championship Regulations (here and after OPONEO MPRC Regulations); Bulletins issued by PZM Automobile Sport Commission (here and after GKSS PZM); - PZM Environmental Protection in Motorsport Regulations; - PZM Medical Regulations; - This Supplementary Regulations (here and after the Regulations). 3. 4 IV. GENERAL 1. All drivers are obliged to not training on the track outside of racing hours, as well as in roads and paddock, under pain of financial penalties and up to disqualification from the competition. 2. Free practice will be organised due to race schedule. Driver will be allowed to make 3 laps in one run, without the Joker Lap with which the driver is acquainted during the exit from the track. Driver can make as many runs as he want in time of the free practice (priority is given to drivers who have not run free practice). 3. The on line entry form shall be filled by competitor only by means of PZM Inside website or by race / organizer website rzemieslnik.pl (for competitors other ASN licence holders). Correctly filled the entry form shall be automatically sent by electronic mail to the event organiser and to the competitor on his e- mail address, mentioned in his entry form. The entry will be accept only after paying the full amount of entry fee. 4. Entries: rzemieslnik.pl (for competitors other ASN licence holders). 5. Eligible vehicles and division into Groups/Classes 7.1 Lithuanian Rallycross Championship According to Lithuanian Rallycross Championship Regulations 2017 and Lithuanian Technical Regulations for autocross and rallycross cars

5 7.2 OPONEO MPRC Group SuperCars 4- wheel drive cars, also with expired homologation, in accordance with 2017 OPONEO MPRC Technical Regulations (app. 1) or with art. 279 of Appendix J to ISC (here and after App. J) Group SuperNational 2- wheel drive cars, also with expired homologation, with cylinders capacity up to 5000 cm 3, in accordance with 2017 OPONEO MPRC Technical Regulations (app. 1), or with art. 279 of App. J Division into classes cars from Group SuperNational S2000 cars with cylinder capacity up to 2000cm 3 OPEN cars with cylinder capacity over 2000 cm BMW E36 / SC Cup / 126p Cup Mark classes, cars in accordance with 2017 OPONEO MPRC Technical Regulations (app. 2). According to Article 3 of 2017 OPONEO MPRC Regulations Cars with turbocharged petrol engines will be assigned to classes according to the cylinder capacity resulting from the engine cylinder capacity multiplied by 1.7, while cars with turbocharged diesel engines will be multiplied by 1.5 according to art to 3.5 of App. J In turbo charged engines it is obligatory to use air restrictor in accordance with article of App. J The group / class is a minimum of four cars. In case of not creating a class, the competitors will be transferred to the higher class. 8. On the grid areas the drivers are forbidden to use an unauthorized persons help, practice starts and heating the tires. 9. Unsportsmanlike behaviour of competitor / driver or members of his service personnel during the competition will be punished by financial penalty ranging from 50 PLN up to 500 PLN, and penalties up to the disqualification of the competitor / driver from the competition. Under pain of disqualification from the race, on the grid, driver has to wear complete safety equipment (helmet fastened, buttoned overalls, boots, gloves, seat belts). 10. In all places where the equipment is serviced and in places that in use are liquids other than clean water, it is mandatory to use an ecological sheets, or surface consisting of absorbent and impermeable layer or fluid- tight sheets or foil with a minimum thickness of 0.5 mm. 11. Briefing will be held next to the Race Office. The presence on the briefing is mandatory - no signature on the list, will be penalized (up to the Stewards decision). 12. Qualifying heats will be held over a distance of four laps. Single run through the "Joker Lap on any lap is mandatory. 13. Semi- finals B and A and finals heats will be held over a distance of six laps. Single run through the "Joker Lap on any lap is mandatory. 14. Parc Ferme is obligatory for all drivers who drove in finals 15. Prizes according to art. 17 of OPONEO MPRC Regulations. 16. Classifications and allocations of points according to art. 16 of 2017 OPONEO MPRC Regulations. 17. Insurance according to art. 9 of 2017 OPONEO MPRC Regulations. 18. Flag signalization according to Appendix H to ISC, together with art of 2017 OPONEO MPRC Regulations. 5

6 19. Protests according to 22 of 2017 OPONEO MPRC Regulations. 20. Fire and rescue service according to Safety Plan of the Race. 21. Organizer is not booking hotels for event duration. 22. During administrative checks each driver has to pay deposit of 100 PLN which he can take back after the event if his place in paddock stays clean. In case when the competitor will not report for deposit, it moves to the organiser. 23. Unless specifically covered within these regulations, the text 2017 FIA Central European Zone Rallycross Championship, 2017 OPONEO Polish Rallycross Championship apply and should be referred to. 24.
