2 The automobile sport club Vilkyčiai organizes the 2 nd stage of Baltic States Buggy 1600, the 5 th stage of Lithuanian Autocross Championship - "Virginija ", and 5 th stage of Lithuanian Autoross Competition. These competitions will be conducted in accordance with the FIA, the Lithuanian Automobile Sport Code and all their annexes, Lithuanian Autocross Championship, Lithuanian Autocross Competition Rules and Regulations, the general rules for the organization and implementation of Lithuanian Automobile Sport competitions, as well as these Supplementary Regulations and other regulatory documents. 4 5 th stage of Lithuanian Autocross Competition: 1600 Junior; 1600; 2000; 2000 RWD, OPEN; Buggy RWD 5.2 Description of the circuit: Place: Vilkyciai track, Silute district, Lithuania Telephone: Length: 1063 metres Width of start: metres Maximum width: 16 metres Minimum width: metres Location: 5 km from Vilkyciai, 23 km from Klaipeda, 23 km from Silute GPS: , (LKS) , (WGS) (WGS) 5.3 Entry forms Anyone wishing to take part in the competition must send to the organizer the completed Entry form by the vilkyciai.ask@gmail.com No corrections are possible in the Entry form except when the competitor can change the vehicle declared in the Entry form to anothe, but in the same division, before the start of the Scrutineering; During the one competition, driver may only drive in one car and in only one division, except in the case of different competitions of different international championships in one race; The Organizing Committee may reject an Entry form ofv the competitor or driver to participate in the Multi-Stage Championship in a separate stage only after agreeing with the Cross Committee and explaining the reasons for rejection; Maximum number of starting cars in one division is not limited; By signing the Entry form, the participant and his / her team commits to comply with the Lithuanian Automobile Sport Code, as well as the requirements of all regulatory documents; By signing the Entry form, the participant and the competitor agree that the highest and final instance of dispute resolution in automobile sport is the LASF Court of Appeal. 5.3 Entry fees Entry Fee: By sending the application inclusive by : 2 nd stage of the Baltic States Autocross Championship Buggy EUR; 5 th stage of the Lithuanian Autocross Championship Virginija EUR; (J EUR); 5 th stage of the Lithuanian Autocross Competition - 50 EUR; By sending the application inclusive by : 2 nd stage of the Baltic States Autocross Championship Buggy EUR; 5 th stage of the Lithuanian Autocross Championship Virginija EUR; (J EUR 60);

5 5 th stage of the Lithuanian Autocross Competition - 60 EUR; Paddock place fee is 15 EUR Entry fee must be paid by bank transfer: Reciever: Automobiliu sporto klubas Vilkyciai IBAN Code: LT Bank: AB Swedbank or by cash at the administrative checking The participant's Entry form will be deemed approved only if the Entry fee is fully paid or a confirmation payment receipt is presented. If the Entry fee is not paid - the participant can not participate in the competition Entry fees for participants may be refunded in the following cases: a) for participants whose Entry form have not been accepted; b) if the competition does not take place; c) if a participant warns that he will not be able to take part in the competition before the secretariat starts work, the Organizer's decision may refund or not part or full amount of the Entry fee. 6. Checking 6.1 Administrative checking Participants must personally arrive at an administrative checking, which will be held at Vilkyčiai Motor Sports Complex, secretariat, on , from 07:00 to 8: During the administrative checking, the following must be submitted: an original Entry form signed by the participant with the competitor's stamp and the necessary signatures, an driver's license; Drivers who do not come to the administrative checking at the set time will not be allowed to participate in the competition, except those who personally informed the Clerk of the Course; Each driver who is registered in the competition has a right to get permission for two vehicles (vehicle transporting the race vehicle and technical support car) to enter the Paddock area; Each driver who has registered in the competition receives 5 (1 silver and 4 gold) wrist bands for him and four accompanying persons (competitor, mechanic, etc.). They must be put on the wrist and worn during all event. Not wearing wrist bands drivers and their team members will not be allowed to enter the start zone, as well as in the Paddock area. 6.2 Scrutineering Each car participating in the competition must undergo scrutineering to which the driver or his authorized person presents. Scrutineering will be held on , from 07:10 to 09:00 at the Vilkyčiai Sport Complex in a designated place. If the vehicle is submitted for technical inspection too late, the driver may not be allowed to start; The Organizer, in agreement with the Clerk of the Course, may, in individual cases, can extend the working time of the scrutineering for the driver who is late. For this, driver may be fined in accordance with Article 12 of the LASC; Driver's equipment and sporting vehicle technical passport must be submitted during the technical

6 inspection of the car; The car will only be allowed to start if it meets all technical requirements; Additional technical inspection may be held at any time during the race for any participant. 7. RESULTS, PROTESTS, APPEALS 7.1 The results will be announced on the official notice board and in the secretariat after each Heat. The final results will be announced after the 4 th Stewards meeting. 7.2 Protests All protests are submitted in written form to the Clerk of the Course in accordance with Article 13 of the LASC, adding EUR (fee); If in support of the protest the detailed destruction of the car aggregates is necessary (the specific units must be indicated in the protest, the Clerk of the Course shall form a commission (from the protesters and the opponents against whom the protest has been filed) for consideration of the protest. The protester pays a deposit: (a) bodywork, steering gear, brake system, main gearbox, cardan shaft EUR; (b) engine head, engine block, piston stroke, crankshaft, cylinder diameter, oil pump: for classes OPEN, Super Cars EUR; for other classes EUR. If the protest is not confirmed, the deposit is transferred to the driver who was the subject of a protest. 7.3 Appeals Competitors have the right to appeal as described in Article 15 of the LASC. The appeal fee is 638, 00 EUR 8. PRIZES AND CUPS The prizes and cups will be given near the VIP building - 30 minutes after the last Stewards meeting. The winners of the competition must personally participate in the closing of the competition wearing a neat sportswear. Championship drivers who take I-III places in their divisions are awarded with cups from the organizer of the competition, with the prizes from the sponsors (1 st place EUR, II nd place EUR, III rd - place EUR - if there are 6 or more participants in each division) (J st place EUR, II nd place - 75 EUR, III rd place - 50 EUR) irrespective of the national championship count. Lithuanina Autocross Competition drivers who take I-III places in their divisions are awarded with cups from the organizers. I-III local team winners are awarded with the Cups from the organizer. Upon the decision of the organizer, preliminary prize awards can be made after each Final. 9. OTHER INFORMATION 9.1 All the drivers must take part in the Opening ceremony and drive one lap. 9.2 The Drivers' Liaison Officer will be recognizable by the waistcoat with inscription Drivers Liaison Officer. The schedule of his work will be placed on the Official notice board. 9.3 Each Driver is responsible for ensuring that a single piece extinguisher of minimum 6 kg is available within his own team area inside the Paddock. Failure to comply with this item is penalized by a fine of EUR Each driver is requested to ensure that a plastic sheet (minimum dimensions 4 x 5 meters) is spread on the ground in the place reserved for his team where work is to be done on his car, in order to prevent any pollution in case of an accidental leak, etc. Failure to comply with this item is penalized by a fine of EUR.

7 9.5 The holders of the current LASF DJ (D Junior) and EJ (E junior) license holders, who hold LASF certificate holders from LASF administration, members of the Council, sponsors, and seniors with a valid LASF certificate (plastic card) with personal photographs, can enter the event free of charge.
