2 GT CUP COMPETITION PROPOSAL Outline This proposal is an offer of services & car rental relating to competing in the GT Cup Championship 2018 with Whitebridge Motorsport. The proposal includes a description of all services to be provided with the proposed costs to the competitor. Team Profile Whitebridge Motorsport is headed up by the team owners Chris & Sharon Murphy, the technical chief engineer is Paul Brightmore who has exceptional understanding & experience of running the Aston Martin Vantage GT4s. The team own two of the latest specification ASTON MARTIN RACING VANTAGE GT4 cars, Chassis numbers 107 & 110, both the 2016 cars are homologated & of exactly the same specification. Series Information The GT Cup 2018 is organised by Bute Motorsport with MSVR and comprises of 8 race weekends including an overseas trip to SPA Francorchamps Belgium, The race cars would compete in the new 2018 class H (for Homologated GT4 cars) full details can be found on DATES & CIRCUITS 21/22 April - Donington Park National 19/20 May - Brands Hatch GP 2/3 June - Spa Francorchamps 30 June/1 July - Snetterton July - Oulton Park 11/12 August - Snetterton 300 8/9 September - Donington Park GP 13/14 October - Silverstone GP Qualifying and racing normally takes place on the Saturday & Sunday, Whitebridge Motorsport highly recommend testing at the circuit on the Friday to maximise potential competitiveness given that most meetings include limited free practice..

3 Testing We have included Friday pre-meeting testing as part of the proposal as we feel it gives competitors and the team the best chance of success. Tyres The GT Cup is tightly regulated under the provisions of the series regulations, Pirelli tyres must be used. We have therefore included 2 new sets of tyres per race meeting in the proposal, (one new set for each race day). Carry over tyre sets would normally be used for test day; extra new tyre sets requested by the competitor are chargeable. Tyre engineering support throughout the meeting is available from Pirelli. Fuel Whitebridge Motorsport will provide all fuel for the series and ensure that it is stored, maintained and fuelled into the car within the stipulations of the regulations. Our planning figure of max 1.5 litres per minute is based on extensive experience of racing the Vantage GT4 car and specific analysis of fuel weight and burn rates at both UK and European circuits. We have included the fuel costs in the budget at Annex A Entry Fees The series entry fee for 2018 is included in this proposal, on successful acceptance of our proposal Whitebridge Motorsport will liaise with the competitor and Bute Motorsport to amend all paperwork/entries as required. Race Car Whitebridge Motorsport, propose that all its cars raced in this series are of the latest updated specification Aston Martin GT4 to ensure the best possible competitive package. The race cars are fitted with the following extra s - driver 12v drinks system, car to pit radio system, transponder, V-box video kit, air-conditioning, adjustable Brake Bias, adjustable traction control, adjustable ABS, Cosworth ICD dash plus logger, GPS receiver, Endurance twin m/cylinder brakes, passenger seat, 4.7 stage one engine. Preparation Whitebridge Motorsport undertake all normal pre-meeting preparation and post-meeting servicing as part of the costing s provided at Annex A.

4 Event Support On event, Whitebridge Motorsport provides a full turn-key arrive & drive service to ensure that each competitor is catered for. Our service includes: a. Pre-event planning and preparation. b. Integrated logistics provision and vehicle transportation & team catering. c. Circuit set-up, including garage/awning builds, timing screens, equipment to run the car & the provision of common spares for normal racing activities including 2 extra wheel sets. d. 2 team members per car one has the roll of dedicated car manager/technician & the second is the technicians/assistant. Included within the proposal is the cost of team accommodation, hotels, and food and travel costs. e. A dedicated race engineer is NOT included in this proposal, the Aston GT4 is simple to run & engineer using well established data & set up information provided by Aston Martin Racing to its exclusive customers. AMR/Prodrive will however provide in house engineers if required. f. A professional driving coach can be arranged if required at extra cost. We aim to facilitate all of the competitors requirements without detracting from the core business of racing & enjoyment. The costs for providing the above services are detailed at Annex A. Consumables We believe that there is no advantage in cutting corners when it comes to racing, therefore we ensure that each car is fitted with the right parts when they are needed as per the AMR lifeing data and carry sufficient quantities of all consumable parts to cater for normal racing activities and contingencies. Insurance/Damage Repairs Whitebridge Motorsport will require the competitor to be responsible for all & any damage to the car. Insurance can be arranged & competitively priced through one its preferred suppliers. However we have not quoted for competition insurance at this time & it is not included in this proposal.

5 Competitor s Responsibilities Based on the costs detailed at Annex A, there are some activities that we would not normally quote for, unless directed to do so by the competitor. These include the following: a. Travel expenses personal travel to the circuit, whilst on event and return to home for the driver(s) and their family and friends. b. Accommodation competitors are responsible for booking their own accommodation according to their own personal taste and budget. The team strongly recommend that distance and ease of commute to the circuit be considered when planning for the season. c. Racewear Is the responsibility of the competitor and is to be compliant with the requirements of the series regulations. d. Personal expenses the competitor(s) take full responsibility for their own incidental expenses relating to their racing activities. All expenses incurred outwit of the services provided by Whitebridge Motorsport remains with the competitor(s) unless previously agreed through a contract amendment. e. Sporting conduct the competitor(s) agree to confirm with the direction given to them by the team and not to bring themselves, the team or commercial partners into disrepute through unsporting conduct, abuse of the regulations, abuse of officials and stewards or behaviour that may result in the team being scrutinised by an official or unofficial organisation. Whitebridge Motorsport Responsibilities Whitebridge Motorsport will provide the services stipulated within this document, which will be bound within the terms of a contract between said parties and the competitor(s) prior to the commencement of the services. Not specific to this document, the said parties Business objectives are to provide the service at a highly competitive rate, ensuring that competitors are provided with the most competitive racing experience and that the competitor s commercial goals, and those of their partners, are met and exceeded. 6 ANNEX A TO COMPETITOR PROPOSAL FOR THE GT CUP 2018 The following is costs relating to competing in the GT Cup 2018 with Whitebridge Motorsport, as described in the proposal document. The costing is based on competing in the full series of 8 meetings which includes 8 preceding official test days, practice/qualifying sessions & races but does not include any pre-season testing. Use of this is on a non-commercial basis but is available only to its team drivers on a DIY assisted basis for a team contribution of 200 per half day; Professional driver coaching is also available by arrangement.
