Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy investigated solo-vehicle, non-injury collision, occurred on at 1237 hours. Collision occurred next to building 51. Ford Expedition struck a metal light pole. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- Deputy contacted two drivers parked in red zone next to building I. Disposition: WARNED E Cuyamaca College- Deputy conducted Traffic enforcement stop in front of building A. Disposition: WARNED E Cuyamaca College- Deputy contacted person in the Wildlife Preserve. Disposition: FIELD INTERVIEW E Grossmont College- Deputy investigated report of 653(M) PC, occurred Oct No crime was committed and Associate Dean of Student Affairs was notified. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy continued an investigation from (Santee Patrol Event E ), involving two BMA's inside of an instructor's office at Building 54 Room 504B at 1930 hours. Investigation is ongoing. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College Sergeant conducted Extra Patrol. Disposition: E Grossmont College- A student reported a hit and run in Parking Lot #7. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College Assist FD reference MEDICAL AID AT F-620. MEDICS HANDLED. SUBJ NOT TRANSPORTED. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College Reported two subjects smoking outside THE I BLDG AT THE CAFETERIA. X2 SUBJS SMOKING. RP HAS NO DESC'S...NFD. Disposition: EXTRA PATROL E Cuyamaca College- Deputy investigated a minor non-injury accident on Rancho San Diego Parkway. One party left prior to information exchange, reporting party did not obtain the other driver's license plate number and Deputy provided reporting party with the incident number for insurance purposes and a reference if she was able to locate the other driver in the future. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Student reported a suspicious person in the Library. Disposition: CHECKS OK

2 E Grossmont College- Student met with Deputy at the Public Safety Office to report a suspicious person who hangs AROUND THE GRIFFIN CENTER (BLDG 60) AROUND HOURS. Subject named DEVON, Deputies aware of subject and will XP the area. DEVON IS APPROX 6' BLK/PUERTO RICAN, SHORT CURLY HAIR, THIN BUILD, TATTOOS ON BOTH ARMS. No crime discovered. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- Deputy provided security at monthly GCCCD Board meetings. No issues reported. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College Sergeant conducted Foot Patrol. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Staff requested Preserve the Peace at Bldg. 53 Room 538. Deputy contacted suspended student outside classroom, informed student of suspension status and process for resolving issue. Student cooperative, left campus and Student Affairs was notified. Disposition: WILL COOPERATE E Cuyamaca College- Deputy requested to check A112 area for student who had stepped out of class and not returned. Deputy checked area, unable to locate student, and Instructor handled absence issue. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- Deputy completed a follow up investigation from reference E Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- Deputy received call of female student/ reporting party who two days ago discovered unknown subject posted nude video of unknown woman with face blocked. RP advised image from her Facebook profile was posted next to video making it appear the RP was the nude woman in the video. Only nexus to GCCCD, RP is a student at Cuyamaca College and RP referred to FBI ICCC website for assistance. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputies completed a follow up investigation reference a solo-vehicle, non-injury collision from at 1237 hours. Related to E Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy notified by CAPS that Staff member reported two male subjects walking around looking into classrooms. Staff member described first subject as Somali male adult, with long black hair, NFD. Second male subject described as an Asian male adult, heavyset, wearing a green and blue stripe shirt. RP unsure if either subject had a backpack. Area checked and subjects had left. Disposition: GONE ON ARIVAL E Cuyamaca College- Custodial staff notified Deputy of graffiti in men's restroom F-802. Deputy investigated, took images of graffiti for documentation and graffiti removed by custodial staff. Disposition:

3 E /CN Grossmont College- Deputy was notified by CAPS of Vehicle Burglary with victim/reporting party standing by in parking Lot 5 south of where crime occurred. Sometime today from hours, an unknown suspect entered the victim's parked and locked white Ford Ranger and stole a cell phone charger and blue colored Los Angeles Dodgers lunch bag from left rear seat. Unknown how suspect gained entry with no damage to vehicle. When victim returned to their vehicle at 2020 hours the left door was in the closed position but unlocked. No evidence and no suspect description. Disposition: REPORT TO FOLLOW E Grossmont College- Deputy received a radio call of a student who wanted contact via telephone who wanted to report an incident. Deputy spoke to the student regarding classmate who disrupts class and annoys other students. Further investigation revealed no crime committed and Student Affairs notified about incident. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- Sergeant attended an Emergency Planning Committee meeting at building I room 104. Disposition: (NO CAD) Grossmont College- Deputy contacted a smoker on the 2nd floor of the parking structure. Student was cooperative and extinguished the cigarette. Disposition: WILL COOPERATE E Cuyamaca College - Sergeant responded to call regarding Disruptive Student in Building H Room 117. Disposition: SETTLED E /CN Grossmont College- Deputy contacted student acting strange and harassing people at Lot 6 Bus Stop. Further investigation revealed the student, CLAVERT BENJAMIN ATTISH DOB 06/24/1992, Unknown Race MALE ADULT, 5'9", 140 lbs, GRN eyes, BRO hair, had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for (A) - HS - USE/UNDER INFL OF CONTROLLED SUBS (M). Subject arrested and booked into Central Detention Facility Downtown San Diego. Disposition: ARREST MISDEMEANOR E Grossmont College- Health Services contacted Deputy regarding possible Title IX issue. Investigation revealed incident was from last month, occurred off campus in the City of San Diego, San Diego Police Department already investigated the case and made an arrest. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- Deputy conducted Theft investigation at the Cuyamaca Nursery. Several plants taken over the weekend, unknown date, unknown times and loss amount undetermined. Staff did not wish to file a Crime Report. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Staff requested Deputy Extra Patrol Building 53 Room 538 from hours (Related to E from ). Disposition: EXTRA PATROL

4 E Grossmont College- Deputy investigated Incomplete Phone Call from the campus switchboard room. Room checked empty. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Cuyamaca College- Deputy conducted Traffic Stop on Rancho San Diego Parkway. Disposition: WARNED E Grossmont College- Student reported his vehicle had been damaged last week at Grossmont College. No Suspect Description. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy conducted traffic stop in the Parking Structure. Disposition: WARNED E Cuyamaca College- Deputy received a request by staff to conduct a welfare check on a staff member. Disposition: UNFOUNDED E Grossmont College- Sergeant contacted two subjects at building collecting recyclables from the recycle bins on campus. Both subjects, MIDDLE EASTERN MALE AND FEMALE in their 50's were informed it's a misdemeanor crime, a warning was given and Field Interview was completed. Disposition: FIELD INTERVIEW E Grossmont College- Deputy met with student at the Public Safety Office (Related to E from ), assisted student with questions and student will contact Student Affairs on Wednesday to discuss with college staff. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy investigated an incomplete 911 phone call, no specific location on campus. Campus was checked for anyone needing assistance. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Grossmont College- Deputy responded to a medical aid at Building 27. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy assisted CAPS with a burglary alarm from bldg. 20 room 103. Due to past 459 PC at that building, deputy checked the church parking lot across the street first for any suspicious vehicles which may be a get-away vehicle. Per SDSO dispatch staff member called in saying he accidentally set off alarm. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Grossmont College- Deputy conducted foot patrol on campus with the evening administrator. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Grossmont College- Deputy conducted extra patrol at building 53 room 538 at the request of staff. Related to E E from the past two weeks. Disposition: EXTRA PATROL

5 E Grossmont College- Deputy received a radio call of a student ripping furniture at building 60 Griffin Center. Deputy observed the student prior to making contact and did not see the student vandalizing the chairs. After making contact, further investigation revealed the student was turning over the sofa chairs looking for his lost keys. CAPS was notified for the lost property. Disposition: UNFOUNDED ***THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY SCHOOL CLOSED*** ***THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY SCHOOL CLOSED*** E Grossmont College- Deputy investigated a person reported to be acting strange in Building 70. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Grossmont College- Deputy conducted Traffic Stop near the Football Field. Disposition: WARNED E Grossmont College- Deputy received Radio Call of an argument between two subjects in their vehicles at an unknown parking lot near one of the intersections in front of the school. Student Parking Lot 1 and 7, in addition to the Grossmont College Drive and Perimeter Road were checked for the involved parties. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL E Grossmont College- Deputy conducted Extra Patrol at Building 53 Room 538 at the request of staff (Related to E E from the past two weeks). Disposition: EXTRA PATROL (NO CAD) Cuyamaca College- Deputy contacted a subject parked in a red zone blocking the lane to through traffic. Subject was cooperative and agreed to move the vehicle, was there to pick up a student. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy assisted Imperial Beach Sheriff's Detectives. IB Detectives arrested a student, CARLO SANTILLA, DOB , for a criminal case unrelated to GCCCD. Disposition: E Cuyamaca College- Faculty member reported hearing a student, described as a BMA wearing all black clothing, yelling at his phone that he was going to kill an unknown subject. Cuyamaca Deputy contacted two different students who said they also saw the subject and heard him yelling out loud he was going to kill the person he was speaking to on the phone. Disposition: UNABLE TO LOCATE E / CN Grossmont College- Deputies arrested YASIR ABUKAR DOB 08/28/1994 who is a black male, 6'6", 182 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, and OSMAN KEMI DOB 12/06/1994 who is a black male, 6'2", 190 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, for burglarizing a Grossmont Community College Professor's Office. ABUKAR and KEMI were booked into San Diego Central Jail (Arrests related to CAD E /CN ). Disposition: ARREST FELONY

6 E Grossmont College- Student reported an unknown male staring at her while she was parked in her vehicle in Parking Lot #1 near the Child Development Center. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy received a radio call of a possible drunk driver in a silver colored Nissan Sentra (CA 4YHZ598) at Parking Lot 2 next to the Child Development Center. Vehicle was gone on arrival. San Diego Police Department was notified as the registered owner's address is in their City. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL E Cuyamaca College- Deputy received Radio Call to unlock room B-270 as a student had left personal belongings inside. CAPS notified and handled the call. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy received an from CAPS stating a person wanted to speak with a deputy about yesterday's felony arrest. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy received Radio Call to assist CAPS with a Fire Alarm in the Griffin Center. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy was requested by school staff to Preserve the Peace near Building 34. Both parties did not show up. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy spoke to a student about student's personal issue. Disposition: CHECKS OK E Grossmont College- Deputy responded to report of suspicious female yelling obscenities and threatening people in building 60. The only description given to 911 was the subject was female. Deputy checked area, conducted foot patrol of the Griffin Center and Staff later advised Deputy the female had left the area. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL E Grossmont College- Deputy received Radio Call regarding 290PC. Deputy spoke to RP and his Parole Officer. The Parole Officer will not be allowing RP to attend GCCCD due to his 290PC status. Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy informed by CAPS of red Mitsubishi sedan, Parking Structure 3rd Level, occupied by 3 subjects possibly smoking marijuana. Deputy checked the 3rd level for the vehicle and subjects. Vehicle and Subjects had left the area. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL

7 E Grossmont College- Deputy investigated Bicycle Theft. Sometime today between hours, an unknown suspect stole a student's blue colored Trek 7.2 FX bicycle (serial number WTU135C3193K) which had been cable locked at one of the three green bicycle racks next to the bus stop. There was no suspect information. Disposition: REPORT TO FOLLOW (NO CAD) Cuyamaca College- Deputy contacted Student at stoplight using cell phone while driving. Disposition: WARNED E Grossmont College- Deputy dispatched to Radio Call related to E Disposition: E Grossmont College- Deputy investigated non-injury collision at student lot #7. One of the parties involved stayed at the scene but did not exchange all the required information. Deputy arrived and assisted with the information exchange. Disposition: (NO CAD) Cuyamaca College- Deputy contacted driver of vehicle with emergency lights flashing and blocking roadway. Driver was blocking traffic to pick up student and Deputy educated driver regarding a different location for pick-up which was not in violation of the vehicle code. Disposition: WILL COOPERATE (E ) Cuyamaca College- Deputy contacted Student Affairs regarding Restraining Order with Student as the restrained person. Disposition: (E ) Cuyamaca College- Deputy conducted a records check on vehicle CAPS advised may be stolen. Investigation revealed vehicle was not reported as stolen. Disposition: CHECKS OK (E ) Cuyamaca College- Student Affairs advised Deputy the restrained student from CAD#E wanted contact reference the TRO. Deputy contacted the student as requested. Disposition: (NO CAD) Cuyamaca College- Deputy spoke with Student about the Reserve Deputy position. Disposition: (E ) Cuyamaca College- Deputy responded to a non-injury collision in front of Building B. Deputy assisted both parties with the information exchange. Disposition : (E ) Cuyamaca College- Deputy responded to a report of Grand Theft at the Automotive Technology, bldg. K. During the investigation it was learned the items were not stolen as they were located. Disposition: UNFOUNDED (E ) Grossmont College- Student left her cellular phone on a table at the Library in Bldg. 70. When she returned to retrieve the cellphone it was gone. Student did not want a report and will keep checking with CAPS for lost and found. Disposition:

8 (E ) Grossmont College Sergeant and Deputies assisted Health Services in Bldg. 60 with a subject having mental health issues. Subject was cooperative and transported by ambulance to local hospital. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College Sergeant assisted El Cajon Fire Department and American Medical Response with medical aid IN BLDG 42 IN THE ATHLETIC TRAINING ROOM. AMR transported the subject to local hospital. Disposition: (E ) Cuyamaca College- Staff wanted deputy contact regarding an issue with an aggressive student. Deputy provide staff member with a safety escort to her vehicle. Staff knows the procedure to request safety escorts. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College Sergeant conducted a Traffic Stop near Parking Lot 7. Disposition: WARNED (E ) Grossmont College- Sergeant attended an International Student Orientation at Building 60 Room 180. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- CAPS notified Deputy of unoccupied parked suspicious vehicle in Parking Lot 3. The vehicle had a California and a Maryland license plate displayed. License and registration were checked. Disposition: CHECKS OK (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy received Radio Call to contact Student ref CAD E Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy responded to non-injury collision involving parked vehicle that occurred on the 1st level of the Parking Structure from hours. Deputy assisted both parties with information exchange. Disposition: (NO CAD) Cuyamaca College- Deputy contacted driver of vehicle with its emergency lights flashing and blocking roadway. Driver was blocking traffic to pick up student and Deputy educated driver regarding a different location for pick-up which was not in violation of the vehicle code. Disposition: CHECKED OK (NO CAD) Grossmont College Student Affairs requested Sergeant respond to Building 60 near the Student Affairs Office and evaluate if subject was allowed on campus. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College Deputy and Sergeant responded to a non-injury vehicle collision in Parking Lot #7. Disposition:

9 (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy met with Student Affairs to discuss an arrest of two students from , reference E Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College - Sergeant attended GCCCD EPC - Emergency Planning Council. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College Sergeant assisted ECFD and AMR reference possible unconscious subject in Building 29A Female Bathroom. Subject was gone on arrival. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy received Radio Call to contact Student ref CAD E Disposition: (NO CAD) Grossmont College- Deputy provided Extra Patrol at Building 10 from hours due to two students having a meeting with a Vice President over a Student Code of Conduct issue. Disposition: EXTRA PATROL (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy responded to possible Hit-and-Run, non-injury collision, Parking Lot #1. Reporting Party parked vehicle from hours, returned to vehicle, noticed red paint transfer on right rear door. RP believed incident occurred on campus, no witnesses, no suspect information. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy investigated Suspicious Person seen checking on doors to vehicles at Parking Lot 7. Subject described as HISPANIC MALE, LATE 20'S-30'S, DARK BB CAP, SOME FACIAL HAIR, GRY SWEATSHIRT, DARK PANTS. Deputy checked parking lot and surrounding areas unable to locate subject. Deputy informed several students in Parking Lot to call 911 if the subject was seen. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL (E ) Cuyamaca College Deputy handled Community Relations with students questions regarding becoming Law Enforcement Officers. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy investigated incomplete 911 phone call and discovered 911 call was accidental. Disposition: CHECKS OK (E ) Grossmont College- Sergeant attended a meeting at the District Office's Human Resources Dept. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy received Radio Call regarding non-student who wanted call back regarding collision from (Related to E ). Disposition:

10 (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy notified by CAPS that Staff member had smelled the odor of marijuana on the southwest corner, 1 st floor of the Parking Structure. Parking Structure and surrounding P-lots were checked and marijuana smell was gone. Disposition: CHECKS OK (E /CN ) Cuyamaca College- Deputy notified by CAPS that Staff member in Library observed female subject inside Library possibly under the influence of alcohol. Deputy located subject, investigated and arrested AISLING BO MCGRATH DOB 5/31/1989, Asian Female Adult, 5'04", 175 lbs, Brown eyes, Blonde hair, a non-student living in Chula Vista area, pursuant to 647(f) PC. MCGRATH was booked into the Las Colinas Detention Facility. Disposition: MISDEMEANOR ARREST (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy notified by CAPS that Instructor wanted contact at Bldg. 31 Room 361 regarding female student with odor of alcohol on breath. Deputy investigated, determined student consumed an alcoholic beverage off campus and student did not meet 647(f) PC criteria. Student Affairs notified for possible Student Code of Conduct Issue. Disposition: (E ) Cuyamaca College- Deputy assisted Fire Department with Medical Aid in parking lot #1. FD and Medics treated student, parents arrived on scene and took student home. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy conducted Follow Up related to event E in student parking lot #1. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy investigated possible Hit and Run, information exchanged. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy received Radio Call about possible Hit and Run, occurred off campus, student referred to California Highway Patrol. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy received Radio Call to assist Fire Department with Medical Aid at Bldg. 27 Room 202. Student transported to hospital for further evaluation. Disposition: (E /CN ) Grossmont College- Deputy investigated report of vehicle stolen from the 2 nd level of Parking Structure and Student had lost vehicle keys earlier in the day. Deputy located vehicle on the 3 rd level of Parking Structure, student's vehicle keys and all personal belongings, including purse, were still inside, nothing appeared stolen. 11 (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy received a radio call of a hit-and-run, non-injury collision which occurred at parking lot #3 from hours. Staff noticed white paint transfer on her right rear bumper. No suspect info. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Sergeant attended an International Student Orientation at bldg. 60 at the Griffin Gate. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College Deputy conducted Traffic Stop 8800 GROSSMONT COLLEGE DR COLLEGE. Disposition: WARNED Grossmont / Cuyamaca Colleges Normal foot and vehicle patrols conducted. Disposition: (E ) Cuyamaca College- Staff reported charging cord for Golf Cart missing. Unknown if actually stolen and incident open until Staff responsible for charging carts returns to work Disposition: (No CAD) Grossmont College Sergeant and CAPS checked Dirt Lot next to Parking Lot 4A reference off-road motorcycle activity. Other areas around Campus also checked. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL (E ) Grossmont College CAPS reported CVC issue Parking Lot 7. Campus lots checked ok. Disposition: GONE ON ARRIVAL (E ) Grossmont College- Sometime between and , a TAN/WHITE ELECTRIC EZ GO B400 GOLF CART was stolen from the District Offices Building 85 area. Victim is Gafcon Construction with no suspect description. Disposition: REPORT TO FOLLOW Grossmont / Cuyamaca Colleges Normal foot and vehicle patrols conducted. Disposition: *** GCCCD CLOSED FOR THE HOLIDAYS STARTING DECEMBER 23, 2016, UNTIL JANUARY 02, 2017 *** (E /CN ) Grossmont College - Santee Patrol responded to a report of cash thefts from two vending machines at Grossmont College. The thefts occurred sometime between December 24th and December 27 th, No suspect description. Disposition: REPORT TO FOLLOW Grossmont / Cuyamaca Colleges Colleges open with normal foot and vehicle patrols conducted. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College Deputy assisted FD and Medics near the District Warehouse. Injured subject transported to UCSD Disposition:

Disposition: SETTLED (E ) Grossmont College Deputy dispatched to assist FD with STUDENT HAVING A SEIZURE, IN HALLWAY, NFD. Deputy received info from CAPS that this may actually be an argument call. Deputy contacted two coop subjects, determined not a medical aid, and cancelled FD. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College Deputy investigated 415PC regarding two students who ARGUED OVER THE CHAIR. NO 242, OR THREATS (Related to E ). Disposition: SETTLED (E ) Grossmont College- Student reported argument from last September (Fall 2016 semester), occurred in unknown classroom involving three unknown students. Deputy investigated and determined no crime committed. Disposition: WILL COOPERATE Grossmont / Cuyamaca Colleges Normal foot and vehicle patrols conducted. Disposition: (E ) Grossmont College- Deputy received a radio call of an incomplete 911 phone call. Phone number is the school's main line with no specific location on campus.
