Box 2427 Texas City,Texas ENTRY DEADLINE: 5 p.m. Friday, June 8, 2012 TOURNAMENT DRAW: 7 P.M. - Wednesday June 13, 2012 Wayne Grey Softball Complex (Managers do not have to attend) MANAGERS MEETING: 1p.m. Friday June 15, 2012 Nessler Center All Teams must have a representative present ROSTERS: Player I.D. OPENING CEREMONIES: AWARDS: ADMISSION: All rosters must be filled out completely and signed by your District Commissioner, or his appointed representative. A copy of player s birth certificate must accompany the rosters. Player I.D. and copy of birth certificate are required as per ASA Code. 5 p.m. Tarpey Softball Complex Teams should be dressed in uniform and be at the complex No later 4:30 pm. All teams should be ready to play at 6:30 pm 1 st thru 4 th Team Trophies 1 st thru 3rd Place Individual Awards $ Gate Fee must be paid with Team Entry Fee

3 Texas ASA Girl s 12U B State Tournament TOURNAMENT RULES RULES: All games will be played under current ASA 2012 Championship rules. UNIFORMS: GAME TIME: FORMAT: TIME LIMIT: RUN RULE: LINE-UPS: PROTESTS: TIE BREAKER: FIELD CHANGES: HOME TEAM: GAME BALLS: Must be a like in color, pants and shorts can be mixed but must be alike in color. Exposed sliding pants and undershirts must be same color. No plastic visors or bandanas. Game time is forfeit time 4 game guarantee. All games will be 1 hour and 30 minutes, except for Championship and if games 8 after 5 innings ( all games) 15 after 3 innings (all games) Line-ups are to be turned into the official scorekeeper 10 minutes before game time. Line up cards will be provided by the tournament host. Protest will be settled on the spot, and before the next pitch. Protest must comply with current ASA Rule 9.. Umpires judgement is not grounds for a protest. International Tie Breaker will be used per ASA Code The tournament director reserves the right to switch teams to different fields for the purpose of saving time when the tournament is running behind schedule or for other circumstances that may occur.
