2 INTRODUCTION: Coaches have so many questions going into every season. This Baseball IQ test is designed to help with such things as putting together a lineup and rotation, whether or not to start a younger player, and finding out about a team s priorities and goals. The focus is on rules, strategy, skills, history, and game knowledge. The 438 questions are divided into 5 Sections: Defense, Pitching, Base running, Hitting, and Other. Rulebook questions at the end are optional. This is not a standardized test, so players can enjoy taking the exam without worrying about grades.. The goal is for learning and improvement of others INSTRUCTIONS: Write answers in the space provided below each question, or on the accompanying answer sheet. Answer all questions. This is not a traditional test; rather one to expand one s overall baseball knowledge and a better player. If a question requires multiple answers, list all of them to get full credit.
