It is the 11th time the ACC Baseball Tournament is held in Durham and first time since 2016, when Clemson won its 10th ACC Tourney title. The 2018 tourney s format has four three-team pools. The winner of each pool advances to a four-team, single-elimination tourney. The format, in its second year, features four three-team pools that guarantees the 12 teams play a minimum of two games. PRO INFLUENCE Clemson has several current and former players on its roster who have MLB ties. DAVIDSON A COMPLETE PLAYER Sophomore shortstop Logan Davidson has been steady both at the plate and in the field in He was named to the Brooks Wallace Award Watch List in April. He is hitting.300 with 16 doubles, 13 homers, 38 RBIs, 54 runs, 38 walks, a.417 on-base percentage and 10 steals in 56 games.
