As I learned new teaching techniques, I realized this was the training I had been looking for. We revamped our coaching skills from the ground up. You should know, I don t answer phone calls or speak with walk-ins during lessons. I don t allow interruptions to interfere with my coaching. My attention is 100% focused on the player. * My competitors focus their business on having select baseball teams. This means they are often coaching up to fifteen different kids at once, making individual lessons virtually impossible.
