Anaheim, Bu Caltrans State Highwa 5, 57 & 91 Intelligent Management Systems Mobility Project $23.7 million traffic management systems project will install 311 field elements, including upgrading Intelligent Transportation System elements, on Interstate 5, State Route 57 and State Route 91 at various locations within County. $7,800,000 $23,700,000 Anaheim, FulCaltrans State Highwa 91 Resurface Pavement Project Brea Caltrans Trade CorridoRt 57 / Lambert Road Interchange Improvement Brea, FullertoCaltrans State Highwa 90 RHMA Pavement Project $2.3 million project will resurface more than five miles of onramps and offramps along State Route 91 near Buena Park with rubberized asphalt. In the City of Brea at the SR-57 & Lambert Road Interchange. Reconfiguration of northbound ramps including construction of a loop on-ramp at the south-east quadrant; modify northbound off-ramp; lower Lambert Road and widen northbound Lambert Road undercrossing bridge to accommodate future truck-climbing lane. $12.3 million pavement preservation project will upgrade curb ramps, replace roadways signs, and improve 11.7 lane miles on State Route 90 from Harbor Boulevard to Randolph Avenue near the city of Brea in County. $2,250,000 $65,705,000 $12,300,000

4 2 Buena Park Southern CaliActive Trans Go Human Event: Explore Beach Boulevard Buena Park Coun Active Trans Buena Park School District Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Buena Parks proposal will be focused on the Go Human initiatve to host an ATP demo project. The plan is to execute a Go Human event in conjuction with the six-city Beach Blvd Coalition with would include a full marathon and ACT Demo projects along a 13 mile stretch of Beach Blvd from Buena Park to Huntington Beach. Detailed planning and outreach to identify muchneeded improvements to pedestrian facilities around elementary schools and school bus stops. Design and construction of identified improvements. Development of SRTS Maps for two schools. Evaluation and consolidation of school bus stops, along with enhancement to signing and markings. Buena Park Caltrans State Highwa 39 Drainage Project $4.6 million drainage project will replace flood damaged sections of curb and gutters, repair drainage systems, upgrade sidewalk and curb ramps on State Route 39 from Auto Center Drive to Craig Avenue in the city of Buena Park in County. Dana Point, LCaltrans State Highwa 1 Laguna Beach ADA Upgrades & Pavement Project $18.4 million pavement preservation project will upgrade Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) curb ramps and improve 36 lane miles on State Route 1 from south of Vista Del Sol to Newport Coast Drive in the cities of Laguna Beach and Newport Beach. $200,000 $1,654,000 $4,600,000 $18,400,000 Dana Point, SCaltrans State Highwa 5 RHMA Pavement Project $7.6 million project will resurface nearly nine miles of Interstate 5 north of San Clemente with rubberized asphalt. Garden Grov Caltrans State Highwa 39 & 1 ADA Curb Ramp Upgrade & Pavement Project $2.7 million project will resurface nearly five miles of pavement on State Routes 1 and 39 near Westminster and Huntington Beach in County. $7,600,000 $2,700,000

5 3 Irvine, Tustin Caltrans State Highwa 5 Traffic Management Systems Mobility Project $4.9 million traffic management systems project will upgrade existing fiber optic communication system, closed circuit television and electronic equipment on Interstate 5 from State Route 133 to SR-55 in the cities of Santa Ana, Tustin and Irvine. $4,900,000 La Habra Southern CaliActive Trans La Habra Union Pacific Rail Line Bikeway (Walnut to Cypress) Laguna Nigel Coun Local PartnerI-5 Improvements, Rt 73-Oso Parkway (Segment 1) This project will fund the acquisition of approximately 2,600 feet in length and 15 feet width of bikeway easement on the north side of the Union Pacific Railroad Right-of-way between Walnut Street and Cypress Street in the City of La Habra In Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo and Laguna Hills from Route 73 to OSO Parkway. Add general purpose lane in each direction and reconstruct interchanges at Avery Parkway. The project spans 2.1 miles and is designed to increase capacity and reduce congestion. It will add one general purpose lane in each direction on I-5 from SR-73 to Oso Parkway, and add auxiliary lanes where needed. The project will also include bike and pedestrian improvements. San ClementeCaltrans State Highwa 5 Drainage Project $4.9 million drainage project will repair concrete panels in channel slope at the Segunda Deshecha Channel on the northbound side of the Avenida Pico off-ramp in the city of San Clemente. Santa Ana Southern CaliActive Trans West Willits Street Protected Bicycle Lanes This project will install median and parking protected bicycle lanes along West Willits Street in the City of Santa Ana and a separate bicycle only phase will be installed with dedicated bike signal heads at the intersection of Willits and Sullivan; with a youth-led Safe Routes to School initiative. $863,000 $18,242,000 $4,900,000 $2,970,000

Installation of bulb-outs at crossings adjacent to Davis Elementary, reconstruction and installation of ADA compliant curb ramps, sections of sidewalk and driveways along the safe routes to school. $4,572,000 $5,754,000 Seal Beach Southern CaliActive Trans Lampson Avenue Bike Lane Gap Closure Project 2016 Coun State of GooHeating Ventilation Unit Replacements Southern CaliActive Trans OC Loop Coyote Creek Bikeway (Segements O,P,Q) Project will install Class II bike lanes with associated improvements including revised striping, signing, modified pedestrian walkways, signal pedestrian countdown heads, push buttons, median/landscape revisions, and roadway modifications as needed. Replace 30 year old heating-ventilation units at the Anaheim Bus Base Maintenance Building A proposed Class I bikeway along the Coyote Creek Flood Channel spans 2.7 miles toward closing a major gap along a planned active transportation corridor totaling 66-miles of regional nonmotorized recreational and commuter route called the 'OC Loop'.
