WRNNG Do not use the bike carrier for off-road purposes. Do not load tandems or recumbents on this bike carrier. Do not install this bike carrier on a trailer or other towed vehicles. nspect the bike carrier before and after loading the bicycles for damaged or missing components. f problems are detected, discontinue use and seek repair or replacement parts prior to use. Check for tightness of the straps at regular intervals, as the bicycle may shift during travel. nspect more frequently when travelling on bumpy roads. fter loading the bicycles, do not attempt to remove the safety clip inserted at the centre mast or pull the quick-release lever. Doing so may cause tilting of the bike carrier, which would lead to damage of the vehicle carrying the bike carrier, vehicles moving behind or bicycles. Some states/provinces may not allow the licence plate to be obstructed. Please check with the local ministry of transportation for more information. This bike carrier may not be suitable for use on vehicles equipped with a rear-mounted spare tire, as this carrier requires clearance from the vehicle " (36 cm) beyond the hitch receiver pin opening of the vehicle. CUTON Some vehicles may not support the bike carrier. This bike carrier is designed in such a way that the paint of the vehicle will not be damaged if the carrier is properly mounted on the vehicle. lways secure the bicycle(s) to the bike carrier using straps, ropes or shock cords (not included). Never load more than four bicycles (totalling 80 lb [80 kg]) on the bike carrier. Do not use worn or damaged straps. Do not allow the bicycle tires to hang near the exhaust pipe of the vehicle. The hot exhaust could melt and destroy the tires. To prolong the life of the bike carrier, remove the bike carrier from the vehicle when not in use. CLENNG Wipe the bike carrier with a damp cloth and mild detergent after every use and before storage. STORGE Remove the safety clip and fold the rack arms down for compact storage of the bike carrier. Store the bike carrier indoors and in a cool, dry place. LMTED WRRNTY This product has a one () year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. Tighten the nut using 3/" (9 mm) wrench (not included). KEY NSTRUCTONS/NSTRUCTONS SSEMBLY lign holes at the upper part of the centre mast (B) with the corresponding holes on the rack arm (C). C Note: Ensure the rack arms are in the opposite direction of the stinger. 7 Fit one end of the cradle strap (M) onto all eight cradles (3) of the rack arm. Fit the remaining four cradle straps to one side of each anti-sway cage (). B Note: Ensure that the cradle strap is fitted on the single peg side of the cradle. M 3 5 nsert bolt (G) into the aligned holes and secure using a flat washer (), spring washer () and nylon lock nut (K). Tighten the nut using 3/" (9 mm) wrench (not included). Note: Use protective caps () to cover the bolt head and nut. G K 8 This bike carrier can be fitted to vehicles equipped with a /" (3.2 cm) or 2" (5 cm) hitch receiver. Follow steps 9 and 0 for fitting the bike carrier to a 2" (5 cm) hitch receiver. Follow steps to 3 for fitting the bike carrier to a /" (3.2 cm) hitch receiver.

5 8 9 KEY NSTRUCTONS/NSTRUCTONS SSEMBLY/SSEMBLGE STNGER NSTLLTON FOR 2" (5 CM) TC RECEVER 9 nsert the 2" (5 cm) hitch adaptor (5) of the stinger into the 2" (5 cm) hitch receiver (6) on the vehicle. 6 5 STNGER NSTLLTON FOR /" (3.2 CM) TC RECEVER Disassemble the 2" (5 cm) hitch adaptor (5) of the stinger () by removing the two #3 cross-head screws (7) SSEMBLY/SSEMBLGE KEY NSTRUCTONS/NSTRUCTONS 2 nsert the stinger () into the /" (3.2 cm) hitch receiver (6) on the vehicle. 0 nsert the anti-wobble hitch pin (E) into the aligned holes of the 2" (5 cm) hitch adaptor and hitch receiver. Secure the bolt using a spring washer (), flat washer () and hitch pin clip (F). Tighten the anti-wobble hitch pin using 3/" (9 mm) wrench. E 6 F 3 Secure the stinger using the anti-wobble hitch pin (E), spring washer (), flat washer () and hitch pin clip (F). Tighten the anti-wobble hitch pin using 3/" (9 mm) wrench. E F

6 0 SSEMBLY/SSEMBLGE OPERTON LODNG BCYCLES ON TE BKE CRRER Place the bicycle on the cradle (3) of the rack arm. Make sure the heaviest bicycle is placed on the innermost cradle. Note: Position of the bicycles will vary according to the type of bicycle and size of the bicycle frame. Make sure the bicycles are placed in alternating directions. Note: djust the bike cradle and anti-sway cage () according to the bicycle geometry. The cradles can be rotated and slide up/down with respect to the rack arm. 3 5 Fit the other end of the cradle strap (M) onto the cradle so as to secure the bicycle frame. Note: Ensure that the cradle strap is firmly secured to one of the two pegs, whichever is more suitable for a secure fit. M KEY NSTRUCTONS/NSTRUCTONS OPERTON 6 Secure the seat post tube (8) of the bicycle to the anti-sway cage () of the bike cradle using the cradle strap (M). This will help prevent bicycle sway while in transit. 8 M WRNNG: fter loading the bicycles, do not attempt to remove the bolts inserted at the bottom of the mast. Doing so may cause tilting of the bike carrier, which may damage the vehicle carrying the bike carrier or vehicles moving behind. CUTON: Secure the bicycle pedal in such a way to prevent the vehicle from being scratched. Do not allow the bicycle tires to hang near the exhaust pipe of the vehicle. The hot exhaust could melt and destroy the tires. CUTON: t is recommended to use extra shock cords or ropes (not included) for securing the bicycles to prevent the tires from turning and to prevent the frames from swaying into each other. Check for tightness of the straps at regular intervals, as the straps may loosen and the bicycle may shift during travel. nspect more frequently when travelling on bumpy roads. Remove the bike carrier from the vehicle when not in use to avoid additional wear on both the vehicle and the carrier.

7 2 KEY NSTRUCTONS/NSTRUCTONS SSEMBLY/SSEMBLGE OPERTON 7 D Wind the cargo strap (D) around the frame and arm of the bicycle to secure the bicycle to the bike carrier and prevent movement while in transit. Tie off any excess strap to prevent loosening. TLTNG TE BKE CRRER To access the rear trunk/hatch of the vehicle: 8 9 Remove all bicycles from the bike carrier. With one hand, hold the centre of the rack mast (B) firmly in place. Use the other hand to pull the quick-release tilt handle (9) at the base of the rack then lower the rack mast away from the vehicle. B 9 20 fter accessing the vehicle trunk, return the rack mast to its upright position and ensure the quick-release tilt handle is retracted back into its locked position. WRNNG: old the centre mast firmly while lifting the tilt handle to prevent being hit by the rack arm.
