Electronic sensor arms for automatic rim data detection. They speed up your entire work procedure immensely: rim data are recorded electronically when the test arms are moved into position. Measuring runs on the microtec 865 take place automatically, from closing the safety hood through to wheel braking. Imbalance data are recorded, memorised and simultaneously displayed as readings on the colour monitor. A pedal-operated machine shaft brake makes imbalance compensation, flange changes or wheel attachment even easier. All models sold in Germany have a centre-hole centring flange as standard. The Beissbarth centre-hole centring flange can handle approx. 90 % of all passenger-car wheels. With the microtec 865 you are ready to handle all rim types and attach weights efficiently. You have a choice of nine balancing programs for passenger-car wheels, including programs for alloy wheels. There are three programs for concealed attachment of the external adhesive weight on the inside of the rim and three special programs for concealed attachment of split adhesive weights behind the spokes. In addition, there are two programs for motorcycle wheels. With this variety of programs, you can be sure that concealed attachment of the weights will be possible. Electronic easyfix data recording arm for precise weight attachment with the mt 865.AD and mt 865.ADP. The electronic easyfix data recording arm makes precise attachment of concealed adhesive weights so easy. When you move the arm up to the desired rim position for imbalance compensation, the easyfix data recording arm saves data for both positions to the system (either via the pedal or a timer loop) and confirms both values with an acoustic signal. After the measuring run you turn the wheel to the compensation position, then move the easyfix data recording arm with the adhesive weight inserted to the desired position as previously memorised. With operator control, of course, via the colour monitor and with electromagnetic locking of the easyfix data recording arm when the relevant imbalance compensation levels are reached.
