3 INAS and Anti Doping Doping is defined as the occurrence of one or more of the anti-doping rule violations as follow:

4 Rule Violations The presence of a Prohibited Substance or its Metabolites or Markers in an Athlete s Sample Use or Attempted Use by an Athlete of a Prohibited Substance or a Prohibited Method Refusing or failing without compelling justification to submit to Sample collection after notification as authorized in these Anti- Doping Rules, or otherwise evading Sample collection.

5 Rule Violations Violation of applicable requirements regarding Athlete availability for Out-of- Competition Testing, including failure to file required whereabouts information. Possession of Prohibited Substances and Methods Tampering or Attempted Tampering with any part of Doping Control

6 Rule Violations Trafficking or Attempted Trafficking in any Prohibited Substance or Prohibited Method Administration or Attempted administration to any Athlete In or Out of Competition of a Prohibited Method or Substance Assisting, encouraging, aiding, abetting, covering up or any other type of complicity involving an anti-doping rule violation or any Attempted anti-doping rule violation.

8 Therapeutic Use Athletes with a documented medical condition requiring the use of a Prohibited Substance or a Prohibited Method must first obtain a TUE.

9 Therapeutic Use Athletes included by INAS in its Registered Testing Pool and other Athletes participating in an International Event identified by INAS must obtain a TUE from or recognized by the INAS

10 Therapeutic Use TUE must be presented no later than 30 days before the Athlete s participation in the Event.

11 Therapeutic Use Athletes who are not included by INAS in its Registered Testing Pool and/or who do not participate in an International Event identified by INAS must obtain a TUE from their National Anti-Doping Organization

12 Testing In competition and out of competition In competition Target number to be agreed with WADA (c. 100 test per year) Will cover Paralympic and non-paralympic sports Important that event organizers liaise with Inas anti-doping committee

13 Testing Out of competition We will shortly introduce a Registered Testing Pool Likely to be between 8 and 16 athletes across all sports Athletes in RTP must submit Athlete Whereabouts Requirement Online system ADAMS will be used Full notification/instructions will be given

14 Whereabouts Failure to advise INAS of his/her whereabouts shall be considered rule violations Each National Federation shall also assist its National Anti-Doping Organization in establishing a national level Registered Testing Pool of top level national Athletes to whom the whereabouts requirements of the International Standard for Testing shall also apply

15 Results Management Analysis of the samples - must use the WADA accredited laboratories Disciplinary Committee to be established (sub-committee of anti doping committee) Athletes have a right to a fair hearing/appeals Information shared with WADA using ADAMS Consent to be included annually within eligibility application

16 Disciplinary Anti-doping violations will lead to disqualification There may be individual and team consequences

To make sure that any medical treatment received does not violate these anti-doping rules. To foster and promote anti-doping attitudes. Education and Awareness among their community
