2 Thank you for supporting the Fun Run! The students have completed their run today. We had a blast! Now you need to help your children contact their sponsors. Inform them of the amount they owe based on the number of laps the child completed. Each child will have the number of laps they completed marked on the back of their Fun Run t-shirt. If the sponsor gives you cash, make sure it is in an envelope with the students name on it. If they write a check, have it made out to Big Creek PTA and write the students name on the bottom of the check. The easiest method of payment will be on-line with PayPal or a credit card. In order to fulfill pledges on-line: 1. go to 2. go to the box titled "Sponsors" 3. click on "donate now" 4. scroll down to the box "Big Creek Elementary" 5. click the "donate" button 6. then continue to log in for PayPal or pay using a credit card By using the on-line method, you will be sure your donation is received and you will have a receipt of payment. It will also help by reducing the amount of money we need to process and record by hand. The PTA thanks you for participating in our fund raiser and supporting Big Creek's students and staff! The money raised will be used for all PTA funded programs which include field trips, performing arts program, classroom grants for educational materials, and special events. Once all of the pledges have been collected, we will report the final amount raised in the Wildcat Weekly. We would like to have all of the money collected and turned in by Friday, Oct. 8th.
