1 Ashford CE Primary School Clubs Autumn Term 2018 Clubs start Monday 24th September till Friday 20th October and will run for 4 weeks until half term. Half Term 22 nd 26 th October After half term no clubs will run between w/c 29 th Oct 2 nd Nov and w/c 12 th Nov 16 th Nov Please note - After this clubs will run for a further 3 weeks between - Monday 5 November till Friday 9 Monday 19 November till Friday 23 Monday 26 November till Friday 30 Please return the form enclosed in this booklet by Monday 10 th September We endeavour to give each child one club. In the event that clubs are oversubscribed, places will be allocated by a lottery. Please ensure you only select 1 first choice and 1 second choice only. Failure to do so will result in your child s form being returned. Once places have been allocated, payment must be made prior to clubs starting to secure your child s place.

Cheerleading Club Wednesdays 3.10-4.10pm Years 3-6 Learn to fly, jump & tumble with an ex National Champion.

6 What do I do next? Please complete your club slip and tear away from the booklet then hand it to a member of staff on the gate. Please do not hand in the entire booklet. Clubs will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please note that Mini Soccer, Multi-Sports & Cheer Leading are run by external companies and therefore must be contacted directly.
