Doors open at 8:00am. 3:30-4:30 Staff Show Join the Comet Skippers as we celebrate 14 years of the Jump With The Stars Workshop! The workshop will teach all levels of jump roping skills, from the very basic to advanced. Children and adults are all welcome to attend. Highly skilled jumpers will teach skills in single rope, double dutch, Chinese wheel, long rope and fusion. Staff: This workshop will be taught by National and World Champion jumpers whom have been featured on Fox Sports Channel, the Disney Movie Jump In, America s Got Talent, Jack and Jill, War Room, the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games and more. We will have an international flair with jumpers from Canada, France, Germany, Hungary and more! Judge Training: We will offer judge training under USAJR, World Jump Rope Federation and AAU. Level 1 will be taught in one group with a resulting certification as a Level 1 Judge for all 3 organizations! Level 2 will also be taught in one group. Level 2 will be co-facilitated by a USAJR/AAU Trainer and a WJRF Trainer so we can assure training is thorough and complete under both systems. Level 2 training will result in certification as a Level 2 Judge for either USAJR/AAU or WJRF. If you are an experienced Judge looking to hone additional skills, we will also offer training on Team Show, DDC and Head Judge. Providing judges is a requirement for all teams when registering for competitions, so take advantage of having some of the best trainers and get qualified while your children are having fun! Please register all your adults for judge training on the registration form. Judge trainees will have a minute lunch break. Please purchase or bring your own lunch. Coaches Training: We will again be providing a coaches training session on Saturday during the workshop for those that want to learn jump rope skills. Please register coaches via the registration form. We will have a coaches round table discussion free to all on Sunday 8:30am to 11:30am. 3 Jump With The Stars ELITE Workshop Hosted by When: December 3 rd, 2017 Where: Mason Intermediate School, 6307 S. Mason Montgomery Rd. Mason, OH Time: 8:00am-12:00pm Elite Workshop This workshop will teach advanced jump roping skills and each participant must have their coach s recommendation. Highly skilled jumpers will teach skills in single rope, double dutch and Chinese wheel. Jumpers must be Level 3 or higher to attend. We will also have gymnastic instruction to assist jumpers in inserting gymnastic tricks into their routines. This will be a great time for those with higher-level skills to be creative! Staff: National and World Champion jumpers will teach this clinic. Patrick Clark and associates will provide professional gymnastic instruction. Cost: $30.00 Elite Workshop - Dec 3 rd fee before 11/15/17. $45.00 after 11/15/17. Put some polish on your Single Rope Individual or Pairs routine. Learn creative ways to take your Double Dutch routine to the next level. Private lessons are $24.00 each and will last one hour. Private lessons need to be requested and paid for with your registration packet. Please use the form in this packet to make your private lesson requests. The Comet Skippers will pay the instructors directly. If a lesson is missed, we will not be able to refund any payments made.
