3 Biography Growing up, Michele battled with severe anxiety, low selfesteem, and self-image issues which eventually turned into health challenges. When she finally made the decision to pursue her dream of becoming an NFL Cheerleader (despite the fact that she did not have ANY dance or cheer training), she gave herself 3 years to achieve it. It was the mindset, methods, and mentorship she gained along the way that enabled her to overcome her challenges, completely transform, and achieve her dream setting forth a great example that ANYTHING is possible and dreams DO become a reality. Michele uses various Mental Coaching tools including her 4-step SUBCONSCIOUS THETA REPROGRAMMING TECHNIQUE to teach Professionals and Organizations how to release limiting beliefs, create self-awareness, and stimulate growth through a shift in MINDSET in order to live their peak potential.
