We have to work together on an all the time basis. It's has to be every day, 24/7, and that's what the people expect. That's what we need to be doing in law enforcement today to be successful with what we're doing."

2 CARTA 19 Graduation EBRSO s CARTA 19 graduation was held July 3rd at the LSP Auditorium. 28 students representing 15 different agencies graduated from CARTA 19 seven of the graduates were EBRSO deputies.
