Blankets, blocks, straps and other props are often used for safe practice and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. Toddler Time Get your toddler comfortable with being away from you and introduced to the classroom setting as they are quickly approaching that preschool age. Our trained and Child CPR and First Aid certified staff will introduce a semi structured curriculum with fun crafts, games, story time, and free play. 5 Days Off School Care and Spring Break Camp! We will be offering FULL DAY CARE for the days off of school. There is no need to be a part of our After School Club to participate in the Days off Care as well as the Spring Break Camp! To register for any Day off School Care and our Spring Break Camp (March) you can find them on our registration website under After School Club. Each Day off Care is listed individually under each month. PAGE 5 Fall Tennis This program offers a great place to start or brush up on the basics. Students will improve hand-eye coordination and agility, perform racquet-handling skills, and become familiar with the tennis court. The instructor zeros in on building the foundation and cultivating a love of the game through basic strokes and fun games associated with tennis. Day: Tuesdays and Thursdays Dates: Sept. 18 Oct. 11 Session 1: 1st 3rd Grade Time: 5:30pm-6:15pm Session 2: 4-6th Graders Time: 6:15pm-7:00pm Fee: (R)$40 (NR)$50 Location: Baer Park Tennis Courts Min: 8 Max: 16 Basketball Skills and Drills Throughout this program, participants will learn the basics of basketball through different drills, games, and some friendly competition. The kids will also focus on teamwork and good sportsmanship. Day: Mondays Dates: Oct 15 Nov 19 Session 1: Pre-k & Kindergarten Time: 6:10pm-7:00pm Fee: $35 Session 2: 1st-3rd grade Time: 7:00pm-8:00pm Fee: $40 Location: Park School Min: 10 Max: 30 Registration Deadline: Oct 8th Junior Chefs The perfect place for students to sharpen cooking skills and stir-up creativity! Not only do students experience new foods and preparation techniques, but these Junior chefs will expand their learning into the areas of math, science, history and important cognitive skills. Parents love watching their "junior chef" grow with confidence and knowledge as they take their recipes home and develop life-long skills while having FUN! Day: Thursdays Time: 6:00-7:30pm Session 1: Oct. 11 Nov. 15 Session 2: Jan 17 Feb 21 Age: 7-10 yrs old Fee: (R)$45 (NR)$56.25 Location: Northwest Dane Senior Center Min: 4 Max: 10 Intro to Gymnastics Join our program as we summersault, climb ropes, hula hoops, walk the balance beam, and jump the vault. This is a structured program where children will learn the basics of Gymnastics while they socialize, and get out their built up energy for the day! 6 PAGE 6 JUNIOR NBA Basketball League This is a fun league where equal playing time and teaching fundamentals are stressed. Practice is held once to twice a week with games on Saturdays. This league is for all skill levels! Come have some fun, learn the game, and meet new people! Practices begin the week after Thanksgiving Games begin January 5th Locations include: Park School and Glacier Creek Middle School. Rules have been altered to accommodate young players so that success can be felt by all. Knee pads are recommended. Practices will be on Sundays and will start on January 14th in the afternoon/evening. Tournaments will be played on February 17, February 24, March 3, March 10 and March 17 against other communities including: Mount Horeb, Fitchburg, Monona, Stoughton and Verona. The time frame for tournaments is typically 12:00-3:30p.m. VOLUNTEER COACHES ARE NEEDED! Dates: January 13 March 17 Day: Sunday (once tournaments begin, practice could be on Saturday or one night during the week) Place: Glacier Creek Middle School (tournaments will be either home or away) Fee: $60.00 Registration Deadline: December 30

Various forms and styles of dance are taught concentrating on coordination, isolated rhythmic movements, and specific techniques. All Dance classes are held at the American Legion Hall. Stops will be made at Crossroads, Coaches, and Main Street Lanes. Prizes will be given for best costume, best solo, and best duet. (Karaoke Main Street Lanes) Money raised this year will go towards shade improvements at the pool! Candle Light Snow Shoe & Bonfire Bring the family together as we explore the conservancy with a candle-lit hike. After the hike, head on over to the bonfire for a free hot cocoa and s mores. All are welcome to join us for this FREE event.
